Ever since Kailyn got into a car accident and was forced to buy new wheels, she's been really stressed about money. She felt it was time for Jo to contribute more to Isaac's well-being, so she filed for child support. As we saw during the most recent episode of "Teen Mom 2," Jo was alarmed when he received a notice from the court asking him to pay $470 a month, and said he planned to contest it. Following the episode, Facebook fans jumped online to share their thoughts about the former couple's inability to agree on payments, and here's a sprinkling of the advice some of them left for Kailyn:
"She didn't ask for child support, he is forced to pay it by the court system. She is entitled to some child support but I think $470 is too much." -- Whitney
"Jo is a great father and is in his son's life so at least deserves some props for that." -- Jennifer
"The only reason he has the money and the amount of child support is because he lives with mommy and daddy. They go by the income and the bills that each party has to pay." -- Christy
"I think he is a great father and he loves his son, but also Kailyn has it a lot harder than Jo does. Jo gets to live rent-free in a big house with his family. He has food at is table and a great mom who takes care of most of his needs." -- Arielle
"I don't understand what the debate is about. When a couple divorces or separates and there is a child involved, the other parent should WANT to provide for THEIR child because if they were still together that money (and possibly more) would be spent on their child." -- Renae
