For the second time now, Chelsea's looked to her cousin's lovable roommate, Devon, to pick her spirits up. The first time she reached out to him they chatted at a coffee shop and he offered helpful advice on dealing with her intimidating new coworker, Ashley. Tonight, she met up with Dev to vent about her failed Old Hollywood concept, which she thought was perfect for The Vanity Room's pop-up shop. While her boss Laura may not have been sold on Chelsea's ideas, Devon was incredibly encouraging.
There's no denying that Chelsea and Devon have a strong friendship. He's committed to pushing her out of her comfort zone (he convinced her to attack the brutal Santa Monica stairs!), and she's receptive to all of his opinions. But is there something more brewing between these two?
