Leah, Chelsea, Kailyn and Jenelle enjoy some mommy bonding time at MTV.com's "Teen Mom 2 After Show" taping.
It's been nearly six months since we last heard from Chelsea, Leah, Kailyn and Jenelle, and a lot has changed in the "Teen Mom 2" cast members' lives. Aside from their new looks, there are also new friends, new jobs, and, of course, new struggles. So to help prep you for the return of the series (premieres Dec. 6 at 10/9c), we've put together a cheat sheet of the biggest moments from last season.
CHELSEA
During the "Teen Mom 2 Finale Special: Check-Up with Dr. Drew," we learned that, despite her father's wishes, Chelsea got back together with Adam. Throughout the season, Adam rejected many of his fatherly duties and was generally a selfish bad boy. Their fighting caused Chelsea a lot of heartache, and it even drove her and Megan apart. We're curious to see where the couple stands now.
LEAH
Even though she experienced some last-minute wedding jitters, the young mom pulled herself together and married Corey. While the season ended on a positive note for the couple, life was still uncertain regarding their daughter Ali's health. One of the doctors they saw didn't find any abnormalities on Ali's spine, which was great news, but she was still developing much slower than her twin sister. Hopefully they are closer to getting some answers.
KAILYN
Kailyn found herself in an ugly custody battle with her ex-boyfriend, Jo, which left her no choice but to move out of his home. She also started dating Jordan, who proved to be a great distraction for her during the rough moments. Moving out of Janet and Eddie's home gave Kailyn an opportunity to reconnect with her mom as well. We're interested to see if she and Jo's family have reconnected.
JENELLE
Jenelle and Barbara's mother-daughter dynamic grew more intense throughout last season, partially fueled by Jenelle's bad decision-making (she and her boyfriend Kieffer wound up in a load of trouble with the law for possession of marijuana, not to mention, she also stole Barbara's credit card). The young mom expressed both concern and determination over getting custody of her son back, so hopefully she's closer to finding some direction.
