Three seasons of watching "Teen Mom" have taught us plenty about the reality of premature parenting, namely that the job doesn't come with built-in vacation time. It's a 24/7 gig, leaving barely a moment for rest and relaxation, not to mention self-reflection. And that's what Farrah misses most about her pre-baby life: doing nothing. "Just walking and sitting and staring, and not having anything to worry about...it feels so good to think about that," she says in the video below. "Life is not like that, and will never be like that probably for me ever again."
We caught up with Sophia's proud mama and grandma Debra backstage at the "Teen Mom Finale Special" to chat about how life has changed since Farrah's carefree days of adolescence, as well as what she has planned for her new future in Florida. While she yearns for a time when she's not constantly in motion, she's still very determined to have a successful career. Her latest ambition? Creating a "dating cooking show." Watch out, Rachel Ray, Farrah's prepared to wear lingerie.
