During the season finale of "Teen Mom," Farrah made the decision to leave Sophia behind when she moved to Florida for college. But relocating down south wasn't just about receiving a bachelor's degree; she felt like she couldn't be a good mom to Sophia until she was happy with herself, and was hopeful that the time spent on her own would help heal some old wounds. It was difficult to come to terms with the idea of living apart, but she seemed confident in her choice.
Check out this sneak peek of Tuesday's "Teen Mom Finale Special" (Part 1 airs Sept. 27 at 10/9c), where Dr. Drew asks the young mom about reconnecting with Sophia after she finishes school. Surprisingly, Farrah mentions that they will only be separated for two weeks, which is news to everyone--including her mom, who's listening backstage. Guess that means Soph is moving to Florida!
