Throughout every season of "Teen Mom" (and even during "16 and Pregnant"), we've seen Tyler repeatedly be disappointed by his dad. During the most recent episode, he found out that Butch wouldn't be present at his graduation party, and even though Ty was most likely hurt, he didn't make a big deal about it. As terrible as it sounds, he's learned how to cope--and accept--his father's absence.
Check out the bonus scene below, where Catelynn recognizes the sorrow in Ty's face and pushes him to open up about his childhood memories. As he numbly recounts what it was like to watch his dad get arrested, you still get the sense that he'll never forget what it was like to grow up fatherless.
