This week, one of the more controversial stories on Remote Control focused on Catelynn and Tyler's decision to move out of their mother's home and get a place together. Ty seemed a little hesitant about it, so we asked you whether or not they were ready to live on their own. Here's what you had to say:
Remote Control:
"They are 18, in high school and have never worked. They do nothing all day. They need someone to motivate them to get a job and go to school. If they can motivate themselves, then I am all for it! But it doesn't seem to me like they can, cause they would be in college now." -- Ashleyy110
"If Butch and April are mature enough to have their own place, then certainly Catelynn and Tyler should be. They have shown far more maturity than the two aforementioned parental units." -- Brandy Barnett
"I think Catelynn and Tyler are the only two people on the show that actually deserve the respect and the support of moving in with each other." -- Terry Hansen
Facebook:
"One day they're going to make awesome parents! I think they're great for each other." -- Nicole E.
"They've been through a lot together. They were mature enough to make a huge decision to give their daughter a stable home where she'll grow in a healthy environment. I think they are mature enough to make it; they seem to be on the same page." -- Maria R.
"Tyler needs to grow up first. When his mom kicked Catelynn out it was because he wanted to do it but couldn't speak for himself. If he cant talk to her when they have problems, it will never work." -- Rita S.
+ All of these viewers feel very passionately about Catelynn and Tyler's future. Did you miss your chance to share? Sound off in the comments and let's keep the convo going!
