The ladies' friendship was cemented during a coffee-run-turned-wine-tasting when they hatched a plan to shun all the other competitors and form a strategic alliance. But this was before their bosses rejected Danielle's restaurant pitch. It was former escort Ashley Dupré's ideas that got an eyebrow lift from the crowd, and you could almost see Heidi's brain recalculating her next move.
