We haven't seen swimwear shots of Heidi Montag since she unleashed her post-op bod in Sin City a year ago, but over the weekend, the former "Hills" star turned restaurateur made her grand return to the public pool. Hosting Las Vegas' Wet Republic party with Hugh Hefner's ex-gal, Crystal Harris, Heids posed for the paps in a salmon pink bikini, then chatted with UsMagazine about how she prepped for the bash.
"I've been working out from, like, 5 a.m. to 7 p.m. for two months now. I've been working out really hard because I had this pool party and I was like, I have to be in shape," she told the site. "I'm just starting to work out again after my surgery. Sometimes I get shooting pains, but I hear that's normal."
