Despite numerous blog reports that Ronnie beat the crap out of Mike on Monday night (the altercation was apparently sparked by a lovers' quarrel between the recently reconciled SamRon --ugh, we're not even gonna touch that for now), MVP RVP appeared to be having a blast on the streets of Florence less than 24 hours after the supposed smackdown. In this pic, Ron's seen flashing his own "situation," almost as if to say to his buddies (and his absent victim), "Who's Rambo now?"

The recently transplanted "Jersey Shore" clan has been pounding the cobblestone streets of Florence trying to soak in as much culture as they can. Just last week, Deena picked up an apron of "The David" (which we hope means she also visited The Galleria dell'Accademia), and yesterday, Pauly D and Vinny spent some time hobnobbing with the natives. After meeting a talented sketch artist, they popped a squat and flashed their goofy smiles so Van Gogh, Jr. could create hilarious caricatures of them.

Check out these pics of Pauly and Vin being immortalized on paper and let us know which fella makes a hotter 'toon! (We'd also love to know what's been drawn on top of Pauly's blowout, if you've got any idea.)

Tonight’s episode of "16 and Pregnant" highlighted a serious issue that we hadn't yet explored on this series: anorexia. Mom-to-be Kayla's unplanned pregnancy affected her body in many ways, the most obvious of which was her weight gain, and the physical change unfortunately triggered her latent eating disorder. Kayla's nutritionist advised her to eat with other people so she wouldn't skip meals, but because her mother was rarely present, she found herself slipping.

Check out a clip from this week's "16 and Pregnant After Show," where Kayla updates us on her health, as well as her current relationship with her mother, then take our poll and sound off about whether or not you think Kayla's mom should have made more time to help.

+ Learn more about Kayla's unexpected pregnancy and keep the conversation going about safe sex practices with this "16 and Pregnant" Discussion Guide.

It's crucial for any teen mom to have a support system in place. On tonight's episode of "16 and Pregnant," Kayla's ongoing battle with anorexia left her feeling insecure about her baby belly, but thankfully her group of friends was always there to cheer her up and help build her confidence.

Check out a clip from the latest "16 and Pregnant After Show," where Kayla gushes about how much her friends adore Preston. Even though she's still close with her clique, they're all leaving in the fall to go to college and, sadly, all Kayla can do is live vicariously through them.

There's nothing that Rob Dyrdek and the "Fantasy Factory" team enjoy more than peeling off their usual denim and screen-printed T's and slipping on absurd costumes (fine, maybe Rob's really the only one who actually likes it). Whether they're being fitted with magical goatees or coercing Big Cat to channel his inner-"Ginger Lion," they never cease to amaze in the wardrobe department.

While tonight's hairy transformation was awesome to watch, there have been lots of colorful costume changes over the season. Go through the poll and pick out your favorite dress-up moment!

Whether you're intrigued or horrified at the thought of being bit by a werewolf, you gotta admit that MTV's new scripted series, "Teen Wolf" (premieres Sunday, June 5 at 11/10c) has piqued your curiosity...if for no other reason than the cast is composed of man candy.

In the exclusive video below, Executive Producer Jeff Davis talks about his creative inspiration for the series, plus he goes into detail about the arduous process of transforming the show's freshly bitten and moody main character, Scott (Tyler Posey), into a sexy yet super-deadly predator. It's a lot of work, but the result speaks for itself!

On last night's episode of "Hard Times," RJ Berger's 16th "Max Bash" seemed like it was going to be Pinkerton High's party of the year, until the super jock rallied his troops and orchestrated his own takedown plan: Operation Messer-Upper (with extreme prejudice). Just as RJ's leading lady, Amy, took to the stage and pumped up the crowd with her fellow Thunderstorm Blood cronies, Max came through and ruined the whole shebang, sending everyone scurrying home.

RJ's party never really got off the ground, but our strapping dork got what he wanted with Amy, so did his big day blow or was it totally badass? Take the poll and weigh in.

"Real World: Las Vegas" airs Wednesdays at 10/9c, but you don't have to wait 'til then to check out the raw footage. Every day, we’ll be sifting through the Real World Dailies to make sure you're getting your fill of the Sin City crew. (Tough job, we know, but, hey--someone’s gotta do it!)

There's never a shortage of drama and subtext in the "Real World: Las Vegas" crib: At present time, Dustin and Mike can't stand to look at each other, Nany's embarking on a journey to connect with her biological father and Cooke is doing who knows what with borrowed tubs of Vaseline. So it makes perfect sense that the roommates are looking for a way to escape from all the psychological pandemonium.

Check out this "Real World Daily," where Heather and Naomi take a mental vacation by filming a faux-TV segment called "The Heather & Naomi Show." In it, they parade around in absurd costumes while speaking in a British accent and recapping the house events. (Lose the wings, Naomi, and we're totally with you!).

On tonight's "Fantasy Factory" finale, our fun-loving pack of Cali cowboys (and one cowgirl) drove to Mardi Gras to party with the people of Nawlins and honor their friend, skate park builder (and Stoner Avenue Skate Park re-doer) Joe C. The plan was to ride a parade float that reflected the magic of Joe C's goatee, so they enlisted the help of some random dude named JxPx to create the world's largest skateboard on wheels...with a giant Joe C. head attached to it.

Joe C. seemed flattered yet a bit freaked out by everyone's obsession with his head and facial hair (they actually sported wigs and fake goatees to further demonstrate their awe). So what did you think of the gang's Mardi Gras antics? Was the float a hit or miss? Take the poll, then check out the below clip from an MTV.com exclusive interview with Rob Dyrdek, where he shares about his new Safe Spot Skate Spot initiative.

If you follow Leah Messer's Facebook page, then you know that the young mother recently spent a fun-filled vacation in Orlando with her twin girls. "VACATION was AWESOME! to (sic) bad it is over lol back to reality lol," she posted yesterday. "I would like to TY ALL very much for sweet and loving comments on our vacation photos it was a much needed vacation."

We're so happy to hear that Leah got a chance to escape her daily grind for a few days and finally have some carefree playtime with the babies--it's been a tough year navigating the struggles and surprises of teen parenthood, and she definitely deserved a little R&R with them.

+ Check out these adorable pics of Leah soaking up the sun with Aliannah and Aleeah, and leave a message for them in the comments!
