During last night's episode of "Real World: Las Vegas," Leroy and Naomi got pretty lucky when they learned that were STD- and pregnancy-free, especially since they'd been so careless under the covers. But even though neither of them wanted to have a child, that didn't stop the house from coming up with a baby name...ya know, just in case.
