On tonight’s episode of "16 and Pregnant," we met Izabella, a self-conscious high school student who was uncomfortable with the social ramifications of becoming a teen mom. After hiding her baby bump from just about everyone close to her, she finally gained the courage to reveal her hidden secret to her best friend, Cassidy. Unfortunately, that moment of honesty wasn't enough for Cassidy to forgive Izabella for lying and their friendship never completely recovered.

Did Cassidy have a reason to be angry, or should she have been more supportive of her overwhelmed friend? Take the poll, then check out a clip from tonight's "16 and Pregnant After Show," where Izabella explains why she waited so long to share the news. She saw how her peers treated another expecting classmate at school and was terrified to endure the same criticism. In the end, Izabella wasn't shocked to learn that Cassidy felt betrayed and even though they're friends again, it's just not the same.

Teen mom Izabella admits that she made a big mistake by having unprotected sex, but she's owning up to it every day and still considers her newborn baby a blessing. Would she rather have waited until after college for him to arrive? Absolutely, but there's no going back now and she's determined to make the best of her situation.

With support from her family, Izabella plans to graduate high school next fall, but no matter how much she's able to accomplish during early motherhood, she still has to contend with the dirty looks some people give her. She tells Alaina Huffman in this week's "16 and Pregnant After Show" that the judgment can be hurtful, but she refuses to consider herself a failure. Take a look:

Finally, we're giving you a chance to taste the very pudding wherein the proof lies. Below, we've got the first 8 minutes of the "Teen Wolf" premiere for your ghastly entertainment, featuring the moment Scott gets bit!

The episode starts off with Scott's best friend Stiles convincing him to search for the dead body of a young girl (well, the top half of her at least) that two joggers found in the woods. Stiles and Scott get separated along the way--and yes, it's pouring rain and very dark in these woods--when suddenly a deer stampede knocks Scott right into the mutilated victim...and towards a hungry werewolf.

Check it out now, then tune in for the premiere of "Teen Wolf" immediately following the "2011 MTV Movie Awards" on Sunday, June 5.

The words no college frat boy wants to hear from his blind date within three minutes of saying hello: "Isn't it great to finally meet someone who you just know you could be with for a long time?" And that was the mouthful that sealed Alec's romantic predicament, of which his good friend had masterfully set up during a recent episode of MTV's "Disaster Date."

Not only was Alec's dinner partner Francesca a little too eager to be his love slave, she also turned out to have a psychotic temper, as evidenced by the commotion she caused when Snooki and JWOWW from "Jersey Shore" just happened to show up at the restaurant.

Watch. Alec. Squirm.

You might not be seeing Lauren Conrad on MTV anytime soon, but the former "Hills" star is still flashing her girl-next-door smile for national fashion magazines. Her latest cover appearance? The July issue of Lucky, in which she dishes on everything from her new clothing line, Paper Crown, to how she stays so healthy without being a total gym rat. Here's a tidbit:

"I’m now focusing a lot more on my health," she tells Lucky. "I no longer eat pork, I rarely eat beef and I don’t like chicken now because my mother keeps four hens as pets. I’m not kidding." Um, why didn't she ever pitch that reality show?

+ You can pick up the July issue of Lucky on newsstands on June 10, but for now, check out the mag's online features about LC's summer style and favorite hairstyles, plus take a peek at some pretty pix from her shoot.

The merging of two celebrity names is nothing new--everyone from Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie ("Brangelina") to Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez (formerly of "Bennifer" fame) have fallen victim to name-fusion, but one former "Hills" castie is taking his couple alias very seriously.

According to TMZ, Virgin Mobile's new advertisement, which features a dashing twosome called "Sparah" (a combination of Spencer and Sarah), triggered ole Spencer Pratt's aggressive 'tude. Dude's pissed because he thinks that the commercial is an obvious rip-off of his and wife Heidi Montag's combined nickname, "Speidi," and wants Virgin Mobile to pay!

Check out the commercial below and let us know if you think Spence has a right to cry identity theft.

"Real World: Las Vegas" airs Wednesdays at 10/9c, but you don't have to wait 'til then to check out the raw footage. Every day, we’ll be sifting through the Real World Dailies to make sure you're getting your fill of the Sin City crew. (Tough job, we know, but, hey--someone’s gotta do it!)

Aside from some scandalous lip action with Dustin and a pina colada-induced fling with Daniel "The Australian" (you know, the Vaseline guy), Cooke's unfortunately been stuck in a bit of a sexual dry spell. And with her time in the "Real World: Las Vegas" house coming to an end, the girl's willing to try just about anything to get some...including dressing like a dude.

Check out this Real World Daily, where Cooke experiments with a thick pair of eyebrows and some swagger. She tries to hit on Naomi but gets rejected, so she turns up her, er, charm and goes after Nany. We'll rate it a reasonable attempt given that Nany already played tonsil hockey with Heather.

Just when we thought the messiest moment of tonight's two-part season finale was when RJ Berger discovered pics of his mom doing scandy things with Coach Sinclair and ... a ... REPTILE, Pinkerton High's finest upped the ante. Whilst partaking in some honest self-reflection, RJ stepped into the locker room only to find alpha male Max Owens getting busy in the shower with another guy! (Now that's a game-changer, huh?) And right as we were starting to collect ourselves, Lily dropped the B-bomb on her bestie: she's preggo with RJ's baby! (Cue cliffhanger music).

Season 2 of "Hard Times" really brought the drama -- even before tonight's naughtiness there were tons of outrageous scenes to swallow. In celebration of all the "whoa" moments, we've gathered our favorites below. Take a look and tell us if we left out anything!

Whoa Moment #1: RJ Berger Dumps Jenny Swanson
Dude's been lusting after Jenny since he was a tiny young tot, but he finally got to know her and realized how little they had in common. Good thing he cut things off because he fell in love with Amy after.
Watch it:

Whoa Moment #2: Coach Sinclair Dates RJ's Mom
It's not uncommon for people to jump into the arms of a mismatch following a bad breakup or painful divorce, but Coach Sinclair is just bonkers. Not to mention, really flippin' uncomfortable to watch.
So, er, watch it:

Whoa Moment #3: RJ's Dad Shakes His Moneymaker
While RJ's mom rebounded with Coach Sinclair, his pop's sadness over the separation manifested in a return to the stripper pole...in front of his son. And his girlfriend.
Watch it:

Whoa Moment #4: Lily Miran Becomes Popular
Following Lily's unfortunate bus run-in, she received a huge settlement paycheck, which apparently is a fast pass to acceptance at Pinkerton. Fortch, Lily saw right through Robin Pretnar's fake smile and ditched the bitch soon after.
Watch it:

Whoa Moment #5: Jenny Swanson's Ugly Moment
Jenny suffered from an unexplainable skin breakout, orchestrated by the malicious Robin Pretnar, who tampered with her face cream.
Watch it:

Whoa Moment #6: Max Owens Is Gay
Perhaps the best thing about unearthing Max's true sexual orientation was that RJ was the one who discovered it. After years of getting pummeled by the hot-headed bully, he finally had something to hang over this head.
Watch it:

Whoa Moment #7: Lily Gets Knocked Up
Just when it seemed that the cards were falling in RJ's favor, Lily threw a wrench into things by announcing that she was knocked up with his kid.

Every Friday we thumb through your comments from the most talked about post of the week and highlight each side of the argument. Check out the latest That's What You Said below and make sure to share your own opinion!

This week, one of the more controversial stories on Remote Control focused on Kayla and her relationship with her mom. The teen mom's pregnancy triggered her latent eating disorder, and at times, she was unable to connect with her mom and get the guidance she needed. We asked you whether or not Kayla's mom slacked on her parental duties, and here's what you had to say about this week's episode of "16 and Pregnant":

"Kayla's mom is a very selfish mother who only cares about herself and her boyfriend. She lets down her daughter every day. Then she charged rent when it is so expensive to raise a child with only one person working!" -- Felicia Roberts

"Kayla, it's your fault you had a baby not your mom's. She doesn't need to baby you. You need to learn to be on your own feet. I think Kayla's mom did the right thing by letting her daughter be independent. Her daughter had a baby and she needed to take care of it." -- lovelikehoney_

"I personally have struggled with bulimia all my life, and your support system is what you need when you are dealing with an eating disorder. My mom wasn't around for me and thats how I started throwing up. Her mother should have supported her instead of leaving her, especially when she needed her the most." -- Addie Mae Acuff

All three viewers have slightly different perspectives, but how do you feel? Was Kayla's mom completely neglecting her duties as a parent, or was she just trying to teach her daughter about responsibility? Let's keep the convo going!

It's been a while since we checked out Stephanie Pratt's fashions (we've admittedly been all about Heidi Montag 3.0.1 and Audrina Patridge's new reality show lately), but at last week's Coca-Cola's 125th anniversary party in Los Angeles, Steph totally hit a style home run! Wearing a sheer white lace dress with Rebecca Minkoff blazer and mega-high floral Steve Madden wedges, she nailed her red carpet moment.

+ Check out the close-up shots of the former "Hills" starlet's adorable shoes and tell us if your fashion would blossom with these platforms!
