The last time we caught candid pics of Whitney Port, she was strolling around West Hollywood looking pajama-chic. Last night, she turned up the glam at Lucky magazine's first annual Lucky Shops event in Los Angeles. Wearing a voluminous feather skirt, black sheer top and rock-star leather jacket, the budding designer posed along the red carpet before heading inside to schmooze with Nicky Hilton, who happened to be wearing Whit's line, Whitney Eve!
