Spencer Pratt is publicly asking for a takezies backzies. Apparently, being the most hated person on reality TV (and possibly all of Hollywood) isn't as fulfilling as he originally imagined, and the former "Hills" star has turned to Ryan Seacrest to transform his image.
After sending an email to the media guru's talent booker that requested a five-week internship under him, Pratt followed up with a phone call today to Seacrest's radio show, in which he explained that he's on a quest to become more likable (or at least less detested). "I've learned you need to be around likable people to even start to be likable," he flattered the host. "Who's the most likable person in America, if not the world? That would be Ryan Seacrest."
Now before you accuse Spence of just trying to drum up more publicity for himself, which is, of course, an accurate assumption, keep in mind that he also seems downright bored by his own existence. While his wife Heidi's off becoming best frenemies with desperate housewife Danielle Staub, he's stuck at the beach house tie-dying his beard and watching the "I'm A Celebrity, Get Me Out of Here!" DVD highlight reel. "[Heidi's] up every morning at like 4:30. She starts her day with jump-roping while I'm still asleep, and then she heads off to film this new series for VH1 and she doesn't get back until at least 10 p.m.," Pratt told Seacrest. "I'm twiddling my thumbs all day like, 'I need to get a job.'"
Here's an idea: Maybe he should talk to Lauren Conrad about how to get a book deal that focuses on the life of a famewhore.
