This week's episode of "Hard Times" wasn't the first time hothead Max Owens threatened to pound the living daylights out of RJ Berger, but it was, however, the first time someone came to his rescue and slammed the varsity athlete into a bowl of wilting lettuce. Lasagna Farm may sound like a quaint Italian joint fit for romance, but it was just the opposite. If you took your eyes off Max's salad face-plant and focused on the background music, then you may have heard the sounds of hard-core Aussie rock band Airbourne. Their lyrics set the perfect backdrop for any sort of drunken bar brawl, which made sense given that Max Owens was eager to throw down.
Inspired by classic rockers such as Judas Priest and AC/DC, the foursome (Joel O'Keefe on vocals and lead guitar, his brother Ryan on drums, David Roads on guitar and Justin Street on bass) put out their first album in 2006 (Runnin' Wild) and waited until 2010 before releasing their sophomore album, No Guts. No Glory. (they slept in the studio while working on it so that they could focus!).
Check out Airbourne's video for "Bottom of the Well" below and see if their high-energy track makes you want to get rowdy.
