While Leah and Corey's relationship seems to be progressing nicely, the two are at a standstill regarding information about their daughter Ali's health. They've been anxiously waiting to get the results from her MRI after noticing some slow development, and now Leah's worried about Ali's vision.

Check out this sneak peek from next week's "Teen Mom 2," where Leah gets hit with more troubling news. She assumed that Ali's eye problems were associated with the possible nerve damage, but unfortunately, the doctor thinks they're separate issues and suggests she get fitted for glasses to try to correct her wandering eye.

Between the first and second season of "Teen Mom," Amber Portwood made a huge physical transformation, dropping 65 pounds through diet and Krav Maga. Her baby's father, Gary Shirley, also lost some weight along the way.

Gary admitted in our post-Reunion interview with him and Amber that being unemployed made it hard to maintain healthy eating habits and steady exercise, but now it looks as if he's itching to take it off AND keep it off.

On Wednesday, Gary had his picture snapped at an Indiana gym while doing high kicks and cardio with a trainer. Take a look at this shot of Leah's dad gettin' shwetty, plus watch the video clip below, where he and Amber discuss how they got started on their weight-loss journey.

Oh, Ronnie. Karma sure is a bitch, and her name rhymes with Pammi Meatheart.

After watching Ronpocalypse hit the Jersey Shore last week, 42 percent of you said that Sammi needed to leave Seaside for good (31 percent said The Bedroom Destroyer should be the one to go), but you may not have been expecting the hopeless stupor that washed over Ron after his glassesless girfriend went AWOL. Women: Apparently you can't function with us, but you really can't function without us.

We switched up the cast in our latest "Jersey Shore Hook-Up" and invited Sammi in to explain why she decided to bolt. "I was just unstable--mentally, physically. Everything was going wrong," she told host Kenny Santucci, while Pauly D and Vinny commented on how OOC the couple's fight got. Check out the video clip to hear more, then take our poll and tell us if you think Sammi should stay at home with her family for the rest of the season or march on back to Seaside with a fresh outlook.

Tonight's episode of "Jersey Shore" introduced us to a new world of Seaside crime scenes. After Pauly D unearthed someone's stanky bottoms in the bathroom (while he was doing his precious 'do!), he put them on display for the rest of the house to see--probably not the wisest choice considering they were freakin' filthy. Not surprisingly, no one fessed up to owning them.

Our novice investigating skills led us to believe that said skivvies might belong to Deena, but that's really only because she picked them up with her bare hands! Where's Scooby Doo and his problem-solving cohorts when you need them?

+ Think you've got what it takes to crack this caper? Before taking our whodunit poll, check out a clip from this week's "Jersey Shore Hook-Up," where host Kenny Santucci puts Deena on the spot and tells her to come clean. She denies owning the undies, and even claims she never touched them. Hmm.

Mike's never been shy when it comes to handling his business. If you have something--or someone--he wants, he's gonna go after it. (And isn't that what we've all been taught in life, to sprint after the things we desire most?) On tonight's episode of "Jersey Shore," however, he may have crossed over the line of determination and entered into the oh-no-he-didn't zone. After spilling the beans on Croc's whereabouts (Vinny was not at all happy that Mike ruined his prank!), he went to Karma and tried to pick up Pauly's ex-girlfriend and then even got in the way of Vinny's sack session.

Think Mike broke guy code, or were Vinny and Pauly overreacting? Take the poll, then check out a clip from this week's "Jersey Shore Hook-Up," where Pauly explains what it was like to see Mike hit on his old girl and Vin vents about his spoiled shenanigans.

Every Tuesday night when "Teen Mom 2" fans gather around the TV to see what's new in Jenelle's, Kailyn's, Chelsea's and Leah's lives, they're privy to the indie sounds of singer/songwriter Tim Cullen. His hit jam, "Face," is the recognizable opening theme song for the show, and it's available for download on iTunes now.

After going solo and releasing his debut album, Fun Razor, in the mid 2000s (it was named one of the top 200 power pop albums of all time), Tim's tracks were featured on shows including "One Tree Hill" and "NCIS." Cullen had success before he ventured off on his own, too, as he was a member of Summercamp, a band that was huge in Japan (they shared the stage with legends like Foo Fighters, Rage Against the Machine and Red Hot Chili Peppers).

So next time you turn on "Teen Mom 2," keep your ear out for Cullen's catchy tune as it plays throughout the episode.

Depending on what side of the SamRon breakup you're standing on, last night's episode of "Jersey Shore" either tugged at your heartstrings or annoyed the crap out of you. Regardless of which newly single castie you support, however, their grief and sadness was palpable, which made the electro-pop wails of The Limousines so appropriate for the night.

Made up of songwriter/vocalist Eric Victorino and instrumentalist/producer Giovanni Giusti, The Limousines burst onto the scene two years ago with their hit track “Very Busy People." Hailing from Northern California, this indie duo has rocked out alongside some top-notch artists, including Weezer, Sleigh Bells and Temper Trap, and at the end of 2010 they signed to Dangerbird records.

Check out the music video for their popular single, "Internet Killed The Radio Star," and see for yourself why this indietronic band made for a great melancholic backdrop last night.

Learning how to eat healthy shouldn't be that complicated, but with so many conflicting studies and trendy diets flooding the market, it's hard not to get confused. Every week, we're going to highlight one health-related area of focus and provide you with all the facts. Check out the latest The Truth About... below and let us know if there's something you want us to investigate for you.

We'd like to consider ourselves savvy shoppers when it comes to perusing grocery aisles, but there's one particular diet trend that we're a little fuzzy on: gluten-free diets. They seem to be all the rage these days (Oprah even boasts about 'em), popping up on restaurant menus and on food labels, but what exactly are they, and who should be on one? Let's explore.

What Is Gluten?
Gluten is a protein that's commonly found in wheat, rye and barley.

Who Should Be On A Gluten-Free Diet?
People diagnosed with Celiac disease should avoid eating gluten--they can't eat traditional wheat (alternatives include soy flour, quinoa and corn) because gluten causes inflammation in their small intestines. (Blood tests and intestinal biopsies will be able to identify whether or not you have it.)

Do Gluten-Free Diets Help With Weight Loss?
Gluten-free pastas and cookies aren't intended to be consumed by people who don't have Celiac disease. Purchasing these products as a means to lose weight may actually have the reverse effect, as many gluten-free products are higher in sugar and fat.

+ Is there another diet fad you want us to investigate? Sound off in the comments and we'll get to work!

Is there a girl fight brewing between the most popular reality starlets in MTV history? That's the rumor. According to the latest issue of Us Weekly, Lauren Conrad is on the outs with former "Hills" costars Whitney Port and Audrina Patridge. Once upon a time in La La Land, Lauren was close friends with both girls, but Us reports that their relationship ended when the "Hills" cameras stopped rolling. "They are like any work friends who no longer work together," says the mag's source.

There may even be some envy involved. "The other girls were always jealous of Lauren," adds the source, who also speculates that Whit and 'Drina must be loving the fact that Lauren's return to MTV got nixed. Hmm, that doesn't sound like the sweet Hillzies we once knew so well, but we s'pose anything's possible if Spencer Pratt's got a rap collabo going with Waka Flocka Flame.

Anyone else think this would be a perfect time to bring "The Hills" back? 'Tis but a dream, but if you're missing the good ole days, check out MTV's very first episode of the series below, plus click here to watch the entire first season.

P.S. The cute blonde girl with the ponytail and flat chest? Yep, that's Heidi.

Editor's Note: Since this post went live, some of you have commented that pointing out Heidi's "flat chest" was rude. It was not our intention in any way to imply that flat chests are unattractive--just to call attention to how much she's changed over the years. We think Heidi looks beautiful in this video, and we also happen to be super proud members of the Small Boob Club. (TMI?)

Ever since "16 and Pregnant," Jo's parents took in their son's girlfriend, Kailyn, and treated her like she was their own. And even though she pissed them off when she started dating Jordan, Janet and Eddie have stuck by Kailyn through pretty much everything--especially now that she's considering moving out of their house.

Check out a bonus scene from the latest episode of "Teen Mom 2," where the two moms go on a walk to discuss Kailyn's housing options. Janet's really trying to help her out, but it looks like Kail's had enough of Jo's family and wants to finally be on her own.
