Tonight's "True Life" departed from its normal multi-story format and instead focused solely on The Riot family, an outspoken, uninhibited and truly endearing bunch of characters. Clint, Kathleen, Colette, April and Tiffany gave us an interesting snapshot of their day-to-day life in the Louisiana Bayou, and they certainly didn't hold anything back! We recently had the opportunity to check in with the entire gang--take a look at the follow-up Q&A below:

What is everyone in the family up to now?
Clint: I'm trying to save money to restore my 1983 Ford Bronco and I hope to start college in the fall. Carly and I broke up, and even though it was on good terms, I still miss her. After I fix up my truck I am looking forward to moving out and getting a place of my own. My broken arm healed up finally, so I hope to start riding bareback broncs (not bulls) again by the summer.

Kathleen: I am excited about attending my first prom in April (and hosting the afterparty!). I'll be graduating from high school in May and my mom is planning a graduation party at our house with several other families in the neighborhood, so I think it is going to turn into a huge block party. I can't wait! After graduation, I plan on attending cosmetology school so I can get a job in a spa to support myself when I go away to college. Now that Nick and I are broken up, my mom doesn't want me to date anyone seriously until after I graduate from high school, but I am not so sure about that.

April: I can't wait for prom! I'm not sure if I will have a date or go single, but since Justin Bieber is not available, I guess I will probably go alone. I think it will be a lot of fun to go to prom with my sisters and a few single friends (except when they start playing slow songs). This will be the last year my two sisters and I are all in school together so I am sure we will make it a night to remember. Right now I'm on the softball team and practices are wearing me out, but at least it's helping me stay in shape.

Collette: I had back surgery a few months ago to correct the curve in my spine caused by Scheuermann's Kyphosis. I now have 26 screws and two titanium rods in my back, but I'm feeling great. I am still on the softball team, but I wont be able to really play again until next season because the doctor said it takes about a year for the bone fusion to fully heal. So I am working on slowly getting in better shape because I have picked out my dress for prom and I want it to look great.

Tiffany: I am busy trying to keep everyone focused on school and family, taking care of all the horses and planning a few big events. I have my hands full 24/7 trying to manage our family life, but it is a labor of love and I wouldn't trade a second of it for anything else in the world.

How did the family feel about sharing their home life with the public?

Tiffany: Doing this TV show was an interesting and weird experience. We learned a lot with the little time we spent with the production crew. Coming from a family where we let it all hang out, we can say that y'all haven't seen anything yet. There is a lot more to know about us. We have nothing to hide, whether the cameras are there or not, and we'd love to do this again.

On tonight's season finale of "I Used To Be Fat," we met Kelly, a high school graduate who lost her father years prior and used food to deal with his death. Her biggest weight-loss hurdle, however, wasn't shedding the pounds; it was allowing herself to connect with the feelings she'd been ignoring for more than 10 years. Fortunately, her trainer, Nick, forced her to release built-up emotion during her workout, and it completely changed her family dynamic.

During the all-girl camping trip, Kelly finally revealed to her sisters her fears surrounding love and loss. Do you think her fitness journey brought them together, or was it just a matter of time? Take the poll and let us know!

Tonight's "I Used To Be Fat" finale showed us the positive effect that working out can have on a person's mood. Committing to her new exercise plan and pushing herself to go out of her athletic comfort zone may have been just the thing that helped Kelly reconnect with her feelings and family.

Check out this week's "Trainer Tips," where Joey from the series walks us through mood-enhancing yoga poses and stretches. Learning these basic moves can help you build a strong mind-muscle connection and find inner calmness.

Why have so many "Jersey Shore" fans continued to take a special interest in Snooki throughout the seasons? We think it's the contrast between her larger than life personality and itty bitty "meatball" frame, but Snooks had a different answer on this morning's "Live with Regis and Kelly": I think it's my pouf maybe," she told the daytime talk show hosts.

For several months, Snooki's been spotted poufless on the red carpet as she experimented with different types of hairstyles, so we were SO relieved to see its big--and we mean BIG--return home to her dome. Check out some highlights of her interview, in which she dishes on having guido babies one day (and introducing them to spray tanning), plus sound off in the comments and tell us what you think of her reincarnated pouf!

Now that Sammi's fled the "Jersey Shore" house (for good?), everyone's worried about teary-eyed Ronnie. Dude's been hanging his head since she left, but Mike knows just the way to cheer him up. Luckily, it has nothing to do with grinding on other chicks at Karma--we all know how well that tends to work out for Ron.

Check out a sneak peek of this week's episode, where Mike and Pauly D bring home a mini gas-powered motorcycle and haul it up to the roof so Ronnie's "big a**" can get on and give it a spin. Somewhere off in the distance we can hear the voice of Chris Farley singing "Big guy on a little bike."

Tony's been at the epicenter of nearly every scandal on "Skins," but no one ever seems to call him on his BS. Not only has the pack leader been cheating left and right on his girlfriend, Michelle, but he's been so sloppy with his extracurricular activities that Abbud caught him and Tea getting it on!

We've been wondering when Tony's good fortune would finally run out (his buddy, Stanley, has been pondering the same thing), and it looks like the answer is now.

Check out this sneak peek of next week's episode, where Tony's two-timing ways finally catch up with him. Someone told Michelle that he's been sneaking around, and she wants answers. She's pretty pissed, but it appears as if she's about to drown her sorrows in a new relationship with Stanley!

Pauly D is a mayonnaise man for life, and he's warning all the women out there who prefer Miracle Whip (you know, that mysterious mayo alternative that sorta burns the back of your tongue?), to some Hellmann's that they have no chance of doing dating him without making a serious taste bud alteration.

The silliness is all part of a new reverse psychology-like campaign by MW to explain the importance of once and for all deciding between mayo and its own product, and sticking with it. (Side note: Haven't we seen this before with margarine and butter? Coke and Pepsi?)

Check out the ad below from Miracle Whip's YouTube page to watch Pauly rip on the tangy sandwich spread during a visit to his tailor and tell us if you share his disdain or are simply devastated to hear that your chances of marrying him are nil.

Kristin Cavallari kinda fell off the map when she started dating her football stud boyfriend, Jay Cutler, but it's not just because she's got love on the brain. Kristin's been busy focusing on her budding career as a reality TV producer and actor; in fact, she recently filmed a scene for ABC's "The Middle."

The former "Hills" castie recently swung by "The Seven" to chat about her upcoming projects and to squash some rumors about her and Jay's relationship. Check out the video below, where K-Cav talks about her whirlwind romance and invites the cameras into her high-fashion (and totally fabulous!) closet. We'll take one of everything...including Jay.

Sammi "Sweetheart" was all about red carpet poses and front row fashion last week. Not only did she snag a supreme seat at the Bebe debut, but she had an even better spot at EMU Australia's Fall 2011 show the following day. The "Jersey Shore" castie experimented with her look by going edgy in a pair of skinny jeansĀ  (denim might be uneventful for most people, but this girl never covers up her legs!) and a cropped moto jacket.

After showing off her biker-chic outfit for the cameras, she grabbed her seat and focused her energy on EMU's fuzzy sheepskin footwear as it careened down the runway. (Seriously, why wasn't Snooki there taking notes?)

+ What do you think of Sammi's leather jacket and jeans look? Sound off in the comments!

Now that Megan's picked up the last of her things, Chelsea has all the time in the world to focus on her recently rekindled relationship with Adam. Except, family bonding doesn't seem to be on Aubree's dad's agenda. In this bonus scene from last night's episode of "Teen Mom 2," Chelsea calls Adam to find out whether or not he can take her and Aubree grocery shopping. She patiently waits for five hours before coming to terms with the fact that he's just not going to show up. Hopefully this isn't a sign of major problems to come.
