Earlier this week, designer turned author Whitney Port showed off her affinity for patterns and hues at a signing for her new book, "True Whit." Wearing a super-bright, color-blocked frock with Aztec-inspired details, the former "City" star posed for cameras and proved that she wasn't going to let the icy cold East Coast weather limit her wardrobe.
