We're not surprised that some of the "Skins" characters have found themselves stuck in a hopeless love triangle. During the premiere episode, we quickly discovered that Stanley was secretly lusting after his best friend's girl, Michelle, and even though he and Cadie are in somewhat of a pretend relationship, it's obvious that Cadie's been wanting more. So tonight, she grabbed the stoner by the horns and asked him out on a real date.

+ What do you think about Cadie's take-charge behavior? Is it OK for a girl to ask out a guy, or is that a total turnoff? Take the poll and weigh in!

This isn't the first time that Pauly D's had pop star Justin Bieber on the brain. Every time he "accidentally" forgets to put gel in his famous mane, he sweeps his bangs across his forehead just like the teen sensation. In the video below, Pauly lists all the symptoms he's been experiencing since learning about Justin's new movie "Never Say Never": restlessness, flaccid hair and an affinity for bright pants. Sounds rough.

But Pauly's not the only "Jersey Shore" house stud who's spiking a high Bieber fever (evidently it spreads faster than Vinny's pinkeye). Also check out Mike's video, where he explains optimal theater layouts and seating arrangements conducive for getting your creep on.

The chicest geek we know has landed in the Big Apple and is ready to take the art world by storm, but do you remember all the nitty-gritty details that made Liz Lee such a lovable heroine? To help bring you up to speed, check out our list of memorable moments and key players from Season 1 of "My Life As Liz."

Why We Love Her
Everyone roots for the underdog, and Liz has always been that nondescript, unfussy girl whose dry witticism and general distaste for blonde highlights made her an outcast worth liking. She's also a huge "Star Wars" fan, which means she has the support of the entire sci-fi community.
See Her Geek Out:

Biggest Obstacle
The Blonde Brigade, led by her arch nemesis Cori (aka the Emperor of Evil). Halfway through Season 1, Liz managed to weaken Cori's bronze-coated army by bringing Taylor over to her side.
Watch Taylor Save The Day:

Leaving Home
Aside from packing up her life in Texas and heading for the unknown of New York City, Liz left her Nerd Herd behind. Who's gonna come over to her house when she's bummed and cheer her up in a banana suit now?
Watch Her Say Good-bye:

Unfinished Romance
To no fault of her own, Liz's longtime friend-crush Bryson waited until the very last minute (girl was on her way to the airport) to finally tell her his true feelings. Will he invest in some frequent flier miles to come see her in NYC?
Watch Bryson Gush About Liz:

+ Make sure to check out Season 2 of "My Life as Liz," which premieres Feb. 8 at 11/10c!

Nothing really jolts us anymore on "Jersey Shore"--we've seen it all, from unlikely hookups (ahem, Angelina and Vinny) to never-ending catfights and strange obsessions with boy badunkadunks. Don't think for a second that last week's episode capped off the butt-hole buzz, though; there's more ass-tastic action coming up this Thursday night.

Check out this sneak peek video below, where Ronnie heads to the doc to get his backside checked. He's been feeling ill in that region, so he drops trou and curls up in the fetal position so the physician can examine him. Too bad Deena wasn't there to assist (Zing!).

We're happy to share our boorish opinions when it comes to the "Jersey Shore" roommates' shenans, but there are a few areas of focus where we just feel we have no business being (well, except for the butthole). Lucky for us, the casties are so outlandish that they'll chat about anything, no matter how personal.

Check out this deleted scene from last week's episode, where Deena and Snooki spy on Mike's shower time. Evidently he doesn't believe in manscaping his private parts, and Deena's none too pleased about this hairy situation (she really should read what Cosmo has to say about male grooming).

Without access to a gym, it can be tough to find a suitable place to work out. There's always the option of jogging outside, but if the weather holds you back and you're forced to get fit indoors, what better place to break a sweat than inside your own home? And we've got just the inexpensive equipment to help you get started!

Yoga Mat
If you're doing any sort of floor work, it really helps to have a cushy mat with a sticky surface. Yoga poses and strengthening exercises can be done on a rug or towel, but if you're goal is to work up a sweat, the mat makes cleanup quick and easy.
We Suggest: Yoga Accessories Extra Thick Deluxe Yoga Mat, $12

Free Weights
With a set of dumbbells you can work out your legs, back, hamstrings, arms--everything. Not sure what to do with them? Check out this "Trainer Tip" video, where Joey from "I Used to Be Fat" demonstrates some essential muscle-building moves and injury-prevention techniques to help you get toned.
We Suggest: Valeo Neoprene Hand Weights, 2 lbs start at $9

Jump rope
Ever tried to jump rope for more than a minute? It's a cardio killer! If you really want a challenge, pick up one with weighted handles for extra intensity.
We Suggest: Harbinger 331800 2 LB Weighted Jump Rope Adjustable 9 Ft, $18

Stability Ball
This may look like a toy designed for relaxing or stretching, but you can engage your core and increase coordination by doing something as simple as sitting on it and raising a leg.
We Suggest: WH Pick BodyTrends Anti-Burst Fitness Ball ($20 for a 55-cm ball, $24 for a 65-cm ball)

Lately "The Seven" has been been jam-packed with amazing celebrity guests. In just two weeks, our studio greenroom saw the likes of Cee Lo Green, Vince Vaughn, Olivia Munn and Jason Statham!

I never know what to expect when celebs come on the show; I'm familiar with their work onscreen or in the recording studio, but I just can't tell how they'll be in real life until I meet them face-to-face. I was really excited about meeting alpha male movie star Jason Statham to see if he's as brooding and intense as the characters he plays in films like "The Italian Job" and, most recently, "The Mechanic." And guess what? He is!

The day Jason came to the show was National Hug Day (Seriously! How convenient?!), so obviously I asked him if he would give me one. OMG, talk about muscles...the guy is totally jacked! Check out the picture of our embrace above. (There may or may not be a poster-size copy of it on my office wall now.)

People ask me what the best part of hosting "The Seven" is and I always say it's chatting with our guests. It's really cool to meet people who are on billboards and in movies or magazines, and learn that they are just like us. With really white teeth, of course.

"Hills" fans may remember Casey Patridge as the quiet yet protective sister of the show's standout fembot, Audrina Patridge. With her chest tats, big hair and tendency to shy away from the cameras, Casey was easily mistakable for one of 'Drina's too-cool scenester friends (or bodyguards)--but these new pics of the sibs galavanting in L.A. reveal a stronger resemblance than ever before.

Earlier in the week, paparazzi snapped photos of the ladies while they were shooting a scene for Audrina's upcoming VH1 show. They wore similar rocker-chic outfits (and sunglasses, and hairstyles) that made us do a complete double take--it's as if they could now pass for twins!

+ Do you think Audrina and Casey are looking more alike over time? Share your opinion of their matching ugly-pretty style!

Every Friday we thumb through your comments from the most talked about post of the week and highlight each side of the argument. Check out the latest That's What You Said below and make sure to share your own opinion!

This week, one of the more controversial stories on Remote Control focused on Spencer Pratt's and Heidi Montag's perfectly timed music releases. Only hours after King Spencer charmed us with his chicken song (he's also working on a matching dance!), his wife unleashed her latest breathy tune, "Heartbreak." We asked readers what they thought about the new tracks because we had a feeling you'd all have strong opinions. And we were right! Here's what you had to say:

On Spencer:
"Why did he make a song about chickens? Cuz he looks like Kernel (sic) Sanders?" --Tracey

"Good beat but the lyrics suck. Spencer man get a real job!" --Christene

"Wow, Spencer really just rapped for all of 5 seconds. Can you even call that rapping, or is that just talking?" --Licialuvs

On Heidi:
"I don't think the music thing is really for her. Regular daytime jobs aren't so bad." --xBlueyedcutiex

"I'm not gonna lie, when I read that she came out with an album, I laughed for about 5 minutes, but reading that Spencer wrote a song about chicken was the icing on the cake." --Ashley

Unlike most of our weekly "That's What You Said" features, all five of these readers shared similar views, but just expressed themselves differently. So what's your opinion? Think Spencer's song has potential, or should he shelve his rap career and focus on directing films? What about Heidi? Let's keep the convo going!

The music world was flipped on its ass this week when Spencer Pratt released his rap song, "Go to Work." Not only was it not awful, but the hook was kinda catchy (and we're pretty sure we saw our coworkers mouthing the words).

Well, the guy's got more plans for his poultry-themed tune--apparently, Spencer's been spending a lot of time in the dance studio perfecting a chicken wing move to properly complement the hit (think Dougie meets this photo on the right). No word yet about whether or not his sorta-estranged sister Stephanie Pratt likes the track. She's been too busy deleting indecent photos from her phone (eek!).

Over on the other side of the country, Deena tried to clear the air following last night's salacious episode of "Jersey Shore," and Vinny considered slanging the original Grenade Whistle on eBay. That's a collector's item, Vin, it belongs in a museum or something.
