If you've been keeping up with the tabloids, then you know by now that Maci and Kyle have reunited and gone back to being just as adorable (and affectionate!) as ever with each other. The proof is in the pics! Kyle, who recently revealed that he's barely seen any episodes of "Teen Mom," went to a pumpkin patch today in Santa Monica, California, to pick out some seasonal decorations with his sweetheart. Together, they played with animals, held hands and started smooching in the hay field.
