Tonight's episode of "If You Really Knew Me" brought us to Columbia High in North Carolina, a school where kids who are obsessed with labels ignore those who dress "differently." With a student body so into high fashion, the teens who don't fit the style mold feel invisible. There was Julia, a quiet and overweight freshman, who constantly gets picked on for her appearance, as well as Christian, the surfer boy outcast. But after opening up during Challenge Day, Christian pushed himself to hang out in the school cafeteria, and within minutes, he made new friends and even started flirting with the girls.
