It's hard to wear black and white without looking like a referee, but if anyone knows how to make the color combo seem chic it's Olivia Palermo. Last week, the "City" star went for the frill at US Weekly's 25 Most Stylish New Yorkers party. She wore a white Marchesa dress with fields of ruffles along the neckline, and paired her frock with simple Charlotte Olympia pumps and an edgy studded clutch from Zara.
