For all you skeptics out there who insisted that Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag's split was just another elaborate scheme to garner press, today you smell the stink of defeat (we're told it's like a blend of Chanel No. 5, patchouli and stale tacos). According to TMZ, the famed (for doing anything for fame) couple will officially say sayonara to their Speidi moniker within six months, as Spencer reportedly signed the divorce papers (filed by Heids) last week.
The breakup appears to have taken its toll on Heidi, but Spencer's already back on the singles scene -- so who do you think will be his next victim girlfriend? Considering the ex-"Hills" villain's excuse for the demise of his marriage ("There's no way my love for fame and her love for puppies will ever work out successfully," he recently told People), we're thinking someone with an equally depraved lust for the spotlight would fit the bill.
