Each week, "If You Really Knew Me" spotlights students who participate in Challenge Day and come out the other side empowered to be true to themselves and judge other people less. On tonight's episode, we met Paige, a teen who says the experience helped her improve relationships with the people around her. Check out our follow-up with her below...

Challenge Day taught me to let my feelings out and not keep them bottled up inside. I learned the importance of having a strong family relationship. My mom and I now get along better, and I'm even trying to be more involved with my siblings.
Guada and I have also become a lot closer. We hang out almost every weekend. I'm so glad to have her back as my friend/sister. I completely trust her now, which is something I didn't think I could do. Challenge Day truly made me understand my life and appreciate the people in it.
Much Love,
Paige

Whether or not you're currently in high school, you may have found Paris High's story of self-imposed segregation relatable. On tonight's episode of "If You Really Knew Me," a number of the students pointed out the dividing lines in their cafeteria, while other kids seemed completely unaware of the issue. It wasn't until everyone was asked to split up the room by race that the realization fully set in. Eric, who appeared very affected by the whole experience, courageously stood up and encouraged his classmates to put an end to the mindless judging.

On tonight's episode of "Teen Mom," Tyler's tenuous relationship with his father took another hit when Butch revealed he was headed back to rehab. Butch's drug problem has plagued his son's life for a long time now, but according to Catelynn, he's not the only person in the family who struggles with addiction.
Catelynn recently confided in SuChin Pak that her mother's drinking habit has also had a huge effect on her home life and general well-being. Watch this clip from our latest Teen Mom After Show, in which Cate and other young mothers discuss how substance abuse has the power to destroy a mother's ability to connect and care for her child.

On tonight's episode of "Teen Mom," Amber struggled through her GED practice test and unfortunately ended up failing. Finishing high school has been a huge goal for Amber ever since she gave birth to Leah, so her poor score on the exam was a crushing blow. But the fight isn't over yet!
You'll be happy to hear in our Teen Mom After Show clip that Amber is still determined to give schooling a shot, regardless of how discouraged she's gotten in the past. And now she's gunning for an actual diploma! Watch the video below, where she explains how easy it is to lose motivation when you have a baby (while thoroughly acknowledging it's no excuse for quitting). The encouragement she receives from the other young mothers in the cast and audience is inspiring, and a testament to how they've prioritized their own education.
+ Also, take the poll and weigh in: Do YOU think it's truly necessary for Amber to get her GED or high school diploma?

The first time we saw Bentley take a liking to Maci's new boyfriend, Kyle, we knew he was a keeper. The long-distance relationship seems to grow stronger every week, and talk started getting serious on tonight's episode of "Teen Mom" as the happy couple decided to really test the waters by living in the same city.
Maci's a smart girl, and if she wasn't confident in Kyle's ability to accept new responsibilities, she wouldn't have even considered relocating (plus, Bentley called Kyle "Dada," so how could she possibly resist?!). But do you think she's making the right choice? Check out a clip from our latest Teen Mom After Show, where Maci tells SuChin Pak that Kyle is "The One," then take the poll and share your opinion on Maci's decision to move.

After Farrah's embarrassing financial misfortune a few weeks ago, we weren't sure whether or not she'd call her mom for help (she was scammed out of $3,000, after all). But after seeing tonight's episode of "Teen Mom," we know for sure that Farrah's tougher than she looks.
With very little money left in her bank account, Farrah leaned on a friend for babysitting help and asked for more hours at work, determined to dig herself out of the hole. Check out this week's Teen Mom After Show, where Farrah tells SuChin Pak how she used to burn through cash when she lived with her parents, but now that she's on her own, she spends her money wisely.

To write off Ryan as a deceitful antagonist feels too easy; his character on "Real World: New Orleans" is so much more complicated than that. From his bizarre butt-wiping with Preston's cigarettes to his searing of the roommates' pet goldfish, the growing pile of adjectives required to properly describe him is getting out of hand. And speaking of getting out of hand, it looks like Ryan's roomies are ready to put down the iron fist.
Check out this sneak peek of tomorrow's night's all-new episode (airs at 10/9c), where Sahar and Knight totally go off on Ryan. Knight has had it with his lying, and he's two steps away from pounding dude's face into a flat slab of Wisconsin cheese.

Whitney Port's been doing a whole lotta maturing this year--she recently blogged that she'll be stripping off her good girl image for a spread in Maxim, and last Thursday, the "City" star/designer pushed her beauty limits when she debuted super-dramatic makeup at the Kiss For a Cause event at Sephora in Hollywood. As for her outfit, Whit wore a structured white Camilla and Marc dress with ruffles along the neckline and sleeves, Jimmy Choo shoes and a Jenny Bird bag. The ensemble was simple, but her slick ponytail and intense red lipstick added an ultra-glam touch (plus, she totally reminded us of that old-school Robert Palmer video!).
+ What do you think of Whitney's eye-popping look? Sound off in the comments!

Last week we reported that Mike "The Situation" was lacing up his shoes in preparation for the new season of "Dancing With the Stars." He already has a variety of dance styles in his artillery (fist-pumping, The Dougie and the horizontal boogie-woogie), so we think he'll make for a solid competitor on the show. But there's a twist... The Situation's not the only member of the MTV family that's planning to shake their moneymaker for the judges. Former "Hills" star Audrina Patridge is also ready to strut her way around the dance floor.
+ We love that MTV's well represented on this season of "Dancing With the Stars," but which castie do you think will outshine the other? Take the poll!

Tonight's back-to-back episodes of "Fantasy Factory" were intended to ensure that you got your fill of untamed Rob Dyrdek moments. On the later showing, the skateboarding legend stirred the pot a bit and reminded us of some hilarious/dangerous/WTF! scenes from the past. So ya know, just in case you forgot when Big Cat received his neon orange whisker mobile (to replace the one Rob sledgehammered), or how Drama catapulted out of a warehouse to prove his Young & Reckless-ness, now all the fun's back at the top of your brain, right where it should be!
+ Which was your favorite "Fantasy Factory" moment? Take the poll!
