Last night's episode of "If You Really Knew Me" explored the effects of gossip and the power of apology. Just about everyone had a story to share about being teased and feeling insecure, and it was remarkable to see people owning up to their actions. Brian, the class clown, admitted to the group that he used joking and taunting as a means of trying to fit in. However, after watching his classmates cry because of him, he stepped up and apologized. For the first time, Brian realized how much his behavior hurt others.

+ Have you ever been guilty of Brian's crimes? Did you come to your senses and say that you were sorry? Sound off in the comments section, plus check out this pre-Challenge Day bonus video, where Brian jokingly describes the various cliques at Anthony Wayne High School. Hopefully after participating in Challenge Day, some of these groups have begun to mingle more!

We haven't seen much of Lauren Conrad since her highly anticipated return to Hillsville a few weeks ago. At the finale party, she rubbed shoulders with old friends and updated peeps on her future plans (she's kicking off her double book tour in a few months), and then LC swiftly returned to her off-the-grid lifestyle in Los Angeles. Still, a girl's gotta get her shop on once in a while. Yesterday, the paps caught up with her as she finished up a spree at Herve Leger, dressed like a bit of a bookworm in some totally fab masculine-framed glasses. While the rest of her outfit was classic LC (laid-back cutoff shorts, flip-flops and a gray hoodie), the specs and luscious Rapunzel-esque locks sold us on the ensemble.

+ What do you think of Lauren's retail therapy style? Too casual, or is this the LC you know and love? Give us your fashion review!

On tonight's episode of "If You Really Knew Me," Challenge Day leaders Sela and Vinny traveled to the suburbs of Ohio to visit Anthony Wayne High, a school whose halls were filled with cyberbullies. One of the guiltiest members of the "mean crowd" was a young sophomore named Abby. While her peers wrote her off as an antagonistic gossipmonger who spread rumors over Facebook, it wasn't until she was probed to dig deep into her system that she understood the harm she was causing. As she shared a story about rejection and unrequited paternal love, you could almost see the cyclical effect that her tears had on her classmates. It was this emotional moment that enabled Anthony Wayne students to really see her for the first time.

+ Even though Abby's heartfelt reveal and admission of guilt changed her outlook, that doesn't dismiss the fact that she hurt people. Have you ever been teased over a social media platform, like Facebook or MySpace? Feel free to take the poll and let it out!

We'd never seen Catelynn and Tyler's relationship in such a vulnerable place as it appeared on tonight's episode of "Teen Mom," but thankfully, by the show's end Tyler had forgiven his longtime girlfriend for lying and decided not to take back her engagement ring. Phew!

We reached out to Catelynn to find out what was going through her head during this trying time, as well as to ask what kind of lessons she may have learned from it. Check out our check-in with her below ...

It might sound stupid, but I lied about sleeping with my ex and texting him because I was scared of hurting Tyler. I learned the hard way that lying doesn't work because it only hurt him more. I eventually decided to tell Tyler the truth because he is the man I want to be with for the rest of my life. I thought about the stuff I was hiding every day, and it was eating me alive. I didn't want to think about it anymore.

If I never said anything, I believe it still would have come out later and probably would have been worse for both of us. Also, my mother lies a lot, and I was like, "Man I don't want to be like that when I'm her age." Now I know what I did was wrong and very immature, but I learned from my mistake. It will never happen again.

If none of this stuff had happened, I don't think I would have ever learned not to lie and hide things. I really was scared for a moment that this was going to be the end of me and Tyler. I just kept on thinking that if he left it was because of me and my stupid choices. That's when I decided to go to counseling and work on the relationship, and also on myself.

Maci is definitely one "Teen Mom" that has her act together: she's in school, works a job and most recently fought to receive child support from her ex, Ryan. On tonight's episode, Maci decided that she was ready to move out of her parents' house and into a large home with her girlfriends. Unsure of what to expect, it seemed as though her pals were up for the challenge -- but after spending the day house-hunting with a fussy Bentley, they had a change of heart and decided it wouldn't be in anyone's best interest to live together.

+ Maci was a little disappointed, but it seemed like she came to the realization that placing her child in a potentially dangerous environment wasn't worth it -- even if it would be fun to live with her gals. Should friends and babies live under the same roof, or is it just way too risky to even try? Take the poll!

During the first season of "Teen Mom," Farrah wanted to live on her own, but after scoping out a few ill-suited homes, she realized Sophia deserved better -- and that called for her parents' help. At the time, Farrah's unwillingness to place her social life on the back burner weighed heavily on her relationship with her mom, but it seemed as if staying in the same home was the right decision for the family. A lot has changed since then.

On tonight's episode, we saw Farrah revive her desire to be independent, and after a few apartment walk-throughs, she found a new place and signed the lease. Even though Debra was completely devastated to see her daughter (and granddaughter) move out, Farrah trudged forward with her decision.

+ Do you think Farrah is really ready to live on her own and assume the responsibility of being Sophia's sole provider, or will this experience only force her to rethink her separation from her family? Take the poll and tell us if you believe Farrah's prepared for the change.

In a surprising turn of events on tonight's "Teen Mom," Gary told Amber that he'd met another woman (did anyone else think she looked a lot like Amber?) and wanted to explore a relationship with her.

We wanted to hear the whole story from Amber's perspective, so we recently checked in with the young mom and asked her to relive that dark time. Take a look at what she wrote below...

It was a shock to me that Gary had met someone else. He'd been telling me that our relationship was going perfectly, and it was actually. We weren't even fighting that much. It hurt me the most out of anything he's ever said or done. Plus, I was 100 percent sure he had cheated. I caught him talking to her and also found pictures of him with other girls.

I was holding out for Gary to change and really hoping he would. I wanted our family to work and I really tried to stay with him and make everything better for us. But it seemed like he just wanted to play around and be a bachelor.

At that time, I was so scared I was going to lose Gary for good, and it hurt me really bad. I loved him. Even though we had difficulties, we still had a child together, and it's my duty as a mom to make sure my baby is always happy and the family is together. Unfortunately, Gary was being selfish and only thinking about himself, wanting to make sure he -- and only he -- was happy. He didn't seem to care about who was hurting around him.

Wall Street is a far cry from Seaside Heights, but the "Jersey Shore" cast members happily played the "When In Rome" game earlier today as they all gathered together to ring the opening bell at the New York Stock Exchange. Sure, The Situation still donned his dark shades (to be fair, it was his bedtime), and Pauly D picked a dress blazer right outta "Scarface," but we gotta compliment the crew on cleaning up real good. (Is that JWOWW covering up her JWOWWs in a suit?) Check out the video of their money moment:

To honor the tiniest and most lovable "guidette" we know, and in anticipation of seeing her cartwheeling through Miami come Thursday night (Season 2 premieres 10/9c), we created International Snooki Day. And yay, the day is here!

When the Poughkeepsie Princess first burst onto the scene last December, she stole our hearts with her bubbly personality, '60s throwback hairstyle and overall willingness to embarrass herself for our merriment. For those of you who miss seeing her devouring pickles and telling off dumb gorillas, we only have a few more days to go before Shnickers is back on screen -- we just hope her newfound popularity won't change her core. Guess we'll find out soon enough ...

Join in on the fun today and show your Snooki pride by doing things that our tanned little tottie (that's hottie + tot) might do. Here are some ideas to get you started:

1. Get A Spray Tan
If you're gonna do it, go big. Snooks doesn't waste her time getting a base tan and mild spritzes of bronzer. Go for the gusto and shellac your skin with a serious dose of dihydroxyacetone (DHA).

2. Throw Up The "S"
You know how Jay-Z fans throw up the R-O-C diamond when they see him? Well, we're starting a hand symbol of our own. Put your thumbs together, curve your pointer fingers and boom, you've got yourself the letter "S."

3. Pouf Your 'Do
Yeah, she recently did a Picasso and entered her red mood (those strawberry-dyed locks look great though), but that doesn't mean we should forget where it all started. Not sure how to get your mane to stand tall? Check out our instructional video. In just two minutes, you, too, can pouf your 'do.

4. Tweet Your Love
Even though she's temporarily checked out of the Twitterverse, that doesn't mean she won't feel the love. Express yourself and include the hashtag: #SnookiDay. Bonus points if you include a Twitpic of yourself doing one of the aforementioned activities.

"Real World: New Orleans" airs Wednesdays at 10/9c, but you don’t have to wait 'til then to check out the raw footage. Every day, we’ll be sifting through the Real World Dailies, so make sure you're getting your fill of the NOLA crew. (Tough job, we know, but, hey -- someone’s gotta do it!)

Ryan and Preston don't like each other -- we get it. Last week's pissing match (ha!) and butt scrub (ha again!) proved just how far these two will go to thoroughly express their hatred for one another. Still, it's hard to believe that after Ry wiped his bum with his enemy's tobacco, he's got even more pent-up anger brewing inside of him.

Check out this Real World Daily, where Ryan picks up a set of voodoo dolls and decides to get serious revenge by poking them in various zones. Of course, that's after he plays Barbie and crotch bumps them. Order of operations!
