We've heard so much from the "Jersey Shore" boys about their sacred GTL (Gym, Tanning, Laundry) routine that when we had some time to kill in Miami back in May, there was only one option in deciding what to do: Join Pauly D, Mike 'The Situation,' Vinny and Ronnie on their daily ritual.
The fun and surprisingly informational tour brought us all over the city, from Xtreme Gym to Captive Sun Tanning Salon to the Wash Club of South Beach. The guys were their usual jokey selves on camera, but when it came time to get down to business, they were intensely focused on the tasks at hand (even more so than when they're trying to get smushed!).
