New York City demands that its residents be fast on their feet, but on tonight's episode of "The City," Roxy may have pulled the trigger just a little too quickly. On the heels of JacketGate (ya know, when singer LIGHTS tossed her Whitney Eve blazer to the floor?), Rox decided her relationship with best friend Whitney would be better off if she moved out of their shared apartment (and were seated apart at fashion shows). When Whit heard her bff was actually going through with the threat, she put herself out there and tried to talk Rox off the ledge ... but it was too late.
