The time has come to set down your Rob Dyrdek body spray and put on your helmets, 'cuz the "Fantasy Factory" owner is just about ready to cut off the padlock to his warehouse wonderland. So what can you expect from him and the FF crew this time around? Check out the trailer for Season 3 (premieres July 12 at 9:30/8:30c) where Rob locks his paws on an obtrusively bright Mutt Cutts-ish car, gets stuck (or makes out, we can't really tell) with a long-legged octopus and then slips on his chef's hat in an attempt to create the ultimate most expensive grilled cheese sandwich (now that's an effort we can get behind!).

It's no secret that the "Jersey Shore" family occasionally rolls around with each other, so it seemed appropriate during a recent sit-down with Mike to ask which housemate was his first choice when coming home empty from the club (hypothetically, of course). We figured Snooki was a shoo-in, since months ago Mike was spotted mackin' with her (again), but no -- apparently the only "Jersey" ass he's got eyes for lately is his own. Check out the video clip below of The One/Only Sitch explaining why feeling himself up is the best use of his perfectly crafted biceps.

Slovakia knocked out Italy during Friday's World Cup, and Pauly D showed off his sincere heartache by bearing the weight of the world on his shoulders hair. Considering that a regulation-size FIFA soccer ball weighs just under a pound -- which is sorta the equivalent to a 16-ounce bottle of Ron Ron juice -- we're friggin' impressed with the strength and fortitude of the "Jersey Shore" star's spikes. Our limp locks can barely hold a ponytail, even shellacked in Aqua Net.

The last time we spotted trendsetter Whitney Port, she was showing off her sky-high legs in a busy floral/fruity dress. On Friday, "The City" star went for a more subdued look, wearing a delicate pale yellow sundress with tiered skirt and nude peep-toe booties. In the scorching NYC heat, Whit met up with BFF/costar Roxy Olin -- who was also sporting yellow (!) -- to film a scene for an upcoming episode.

We should've all seen this coming, right? After splitting up with Spencer Pratt, Heidi quickly jumped into another codependent relationship with her old friend, Jen Bunney. Together, they planned to conquer the world, or at the very least, film a reality show together in Malibu. Except something must've gone awry, because Heidi has reportedly stopped speaking to Jen! Now, call us dumb, but how can they shoot a show together if they're not even talking?

Well, they won't be. According to X17, Bunney's been left out in the cold like an abandoned -- we're just gonna go there -- bunny. "I knew something was up because she honestly has not called me back. I think [it's] so messed up that I have to learn about my own friendship through the media," she told the site. "I quit my job because she told me to. I was supposed to move in with her within the next couple of days."

There's a lesson to be learned here, people. If your recently single gal pal comes barreling through your door with an idea to sell everything and buy a Round The World ticket, hear her out, but give it a few weeks before you tell your boss to eff off and back out on your lease. Luckily all Bunney's losing is a summer beach rental and a shot at 15 minutes of fame.

At last week's 2010 Institute for Civic Leadership spring benefit, Olivia Palermo showed off her gams in an ultra femme floral outfit, but 'Liv switched things up this week and decided to sport something a bit more androgynous. At the "Grown Up" premiere, the "City" star proved she could be just as stunning in simple pieces -- she wore high-waisted tweed shorts, a delicate long-sleeve blouse and a structured beige Mulberry Neely bag.

Not only did she write a gushy blog post about his hot bod, but she went ahead and Photoshopped (our favorite hobby!) her face into the movie poster.

Move over Twihards, 'cuz this "City" star isn't backing down. "I have a weakness for his pale skin, tousled hair, honey-colored eyes, perfect abs and willpower not to feed on human blood," Whit wrote. Wonder what her (ex?) boyfriend (and MTV's "The Buried Life" star) Ben had to say about that ...
