Olivia Palermo helped produce an avantegarde, "garbage bag-chic" fashion shoot with pop star sensation Ke$ha and used her natural instinct for picking the perfect accessories (remember the dragon ring Fergie died for?) to knock things out of the park with a pair of 'filthy' Nicholas Kirkwood heels. Dreck never looked so good!
