Moving in with Jen Bunney apparently wasn't enough to send Spencer the message that their marriage is o-v-e-r. Today, Heidi Montag went to a Santa Monica courthouse to file for legal separation from her husband (you can see the documents here). The Hillzie cited her man-going-bananas irreconcilable differences as the reason.
According to TMZ, the significance of the paperwork is to ensure that Heidi won't have to share her earnings with Spencer, who probably hopes he took our money-making advice right about now.
