Kelly Cutrone's been warning Whitney Port about Roxy Olin for quite some time now. On last night's episode of "The City," not only did Roxy come late to the Glamour magazine appointment, but she dribbled out some nonsense about hookers to the editors. (Rox, Condé Nast eds don't wanna hear about tramps when they're playing with tulle and taffeta!). So since it's FINALLY becoming clear to Whit that Rox might not be best for business, here are some other careers she should consider.
1. TALK SHOW HOST
Why It's A Good Fit: Roxy's irreverent attitude and loud mouth makes her a shoe-in for this sort of gig. She can run the floor, dominate the conversation and be as cheeky as she wants. If she could somehow finagle to get Kelly as her first guest, her ratings would go through the roof!
2. PHOTOGRAPHY ASSISTANT
Why It's A Good Fit: While she's a total mess when it comes to classy fashion engagements, she's pretty good at guerrilla-style photo shoots. She just needs to assist a take-no-sh** photographer that she can't boss around.
3. STYLIST
Why It's A Good Fit: Her fashion taste rubs Whitney the wrong way, but that doesn't mean her eye for ballerina-gone-punk-gone-hooker won't appeal to, err, someone! Not every stylist is gonna be dressing clients for the Grammys; all Rox needs is another "freak" to style.
4. DEEJAY
Why It's A Good Fit: Remember when Whitney had her all-important casting call for Whitney Eve, and all Rox's one-track mind was focused on was the tracks for the runway show? Kells yelled at her for not paying attention, but maybe spinning music is her calling? DJ Reef (get it, like as in rocks?).
+ What do you think of our career picks? Have a job in mind for Roxy that we missed? Sound off in the comments!

Last night's everyone-meet-McKaela was so uncomfortable to watch. Between Audrina's ill-timed comment ("Kristin's gonna flip out when she comes") and Kristin's clumsy and disinterested introduction, we weren't surprised when Brody grabbed his girl and left.
Check out this clip from the "After Show," where hosts Jessi and Dan kick off another "What Would Kristin Do" segment. A reader asks Kristin how to introduce a new girlfriend to the group (how fitting!), and K-Cav says not to spring her on everyone all at once. Instead, introduce her one at a time to friends. (You hear that, Brody?)

Say for instance, that you're a prim and proper magazine staffer that's fed up with watching a colleague dance around in fancy dressery and receive unwarranted accolades. What would you do? Well, if you're Erin Kaplan, you're probably on the verge of making a sneaky move. After all, wasn't that why Erin gossiped about Olivia to a "Page Six" reporter?
+ Even though the writer chose to focus on ELLE magazine's staff changes, do you think Erin was intentionally trying to get "Page Six" to report on 'Liv's bad behavior? Take the poll and let us know if you think Erin was trying to get revenge, or merely venting to a friend.

On tonight's episode, Brody dragged his new lady friend McKaela to Janes House, which according to him, was the first time he ever brought a girl out with his "Hills" crowd (um, hello Jayde?). Unfortch, no one was excited to meet the newbie. In fact, moments after Kristin awkwardly introduced herself, she ejected out of her seat and joined Lo, Stephanie and Audrina for a little gossip sesh. It was like watching the popular kids in high school launch mashed potatoes at the new girl in the cafeteria. Poor thing!
+ Should the girls make more of an effort to befriend McKaela, or do they have the right to give her the cold shoulder? Take the poll and let us know what you think of their behavior!

Has there ever been an instance in the history of casual hookups where a friends-with-benefits relationship didn't end in a full-blown F-bombing war zone? On last week's episode of "The Hills," Kristin totally faked the funk when she told hookup buddy Brody she was content being single -- we saw evidence of that tonight. After Brody told her about McKaela, K-Cav totally flipped her sh** (wonder if she's regretting saying that it's OK to remain friends with exes).
Hopefully K-Cav will either find someone else to make him jealous, or get over him fast! Either way, it looks like their crafty plan to be "just friends" crumbled apart. Have you ever had a friends-with-benefits experience work out? Take the poll and let us know!

After watching last week's tumultuous episode of "The Hills," we asked if you thought it was time for Heidi Pratt to step in and unify her family (97 percent of you said yes). Well, maybe the reason she hasn't tried to put an end to the fighting is because everyone else is crazy. (Or not.) Late last night, she sent out a series of tweets that were completely alienating and bleak.
+ It's definitely disheartening to hear anyone say that they have no friends, but at least Heidi's back on the computer. (Just trying to stay optimistic here).

Before Snooki and her housemates headed down to Miami to shoot Season 2, we assembled a medley of must-have accessories for any Shore-goer. Snooki might've actually read through our "Jersey Shore" Summer Guide, because her outrageously obtrusive and confusing sunglasses are right out of our playbook! (If you recall, we said, "Bonus Points: Find a pair of knockoffs and glue on your own Swarovski crystals.")
+ We're used to seeing Snooki wear beer goggles, but not stunna shades of this magnitude! Take the poll and let us know if you'd rock her bedazzling bifocals.

On Saturday, Stephanie Pratt attended the Rob Dyrdek Foundation SK8 4 Life Benefit in Los Angeles. "The Hills" star horsed around in an olive jacket with Ksubi skinny jeans, chunky brown Miu Miu heels and a large Chanel handbag.
+ Steph transformed utilitarian pieces into a perfect casual daytime outfit. Do you like it, or is it too mild? Give us your fashion grade!

Tonight's episode of "True Life: Resist The Power! Saudi Arabia" may have marked the end of the season, but hopefully, the message will live on longer. The drowned voices of modern-thinking Saudi Arabians shouldn't be ignored, and MTV made it a point to give five young activists an outlet to share their own personal rebellion.
Check out this exclusive "True Life Diary" below, where show producers Heidi and Rachel talk about how impressed they were with the amount of patience they witnessed. No matter how much resistance and disappointment they documented, the levels of hope never wavered.

When I was 14 years old, my junior varsity volleyball coach asked me to attend a city council meeting to address Title IX and women's sports. I was, of course, oblivious to sexual discrimination and naively moaned about how bad the girls' gym smelled. Soon after, I discovered gender inequality firsthand, started to work in athletic compliance and eventually went on to study it.
While my stint at fighting for women's causes seems small compared with the four heavy stories revealed on tonight’s "True Life: Resist The Power! Saudi Arabia," the young rebels' conviction and genuine passion for change is completely relatable. I'm sure everyone has, at some point, been affected by outside expectations, limitations or even injustice.
+ Have you ever rebelled against a societal norm, or joined an activist group to change your community? Take the poll, then tell us more about your experience.
