There's a reason they say business and friendship don't mix. And we've started thinking it might not be such a good idea for Whitney's best bud Roxy to be a part of Whitney Eve. Roxy’s an awesome, creative girl, but we’re just not sure she’s experienced enough to make business-savvy decisions (that could make or break Whit's budding career). Below, check out our four issues with having Roxy on the payroll.
1. SHE MAY HAVE A.D.D.
Girlfriend has some major trouble focusing. During the casting call on last night’s episode, she was busy picking tracks for the runway show, which Whit pointed out was the easiest part of the whole process. Kelly saw this and jumped on Roxy for not paying attention.
2. HER DECISION-MAKING SKILLS ARE QUESTIONABLE
Remember in Season 1 when Roxy popped champagne and spilled it ALL OVER Whit’s one-of-a-kind samples? This happened, of course, after Kelly kiboshed her idea to have the models have a messy cake fight in the clothes.
3. SHE'S GOT A BIG MOUTH
During her first interview with Kelly Cutrone, she sorta (OK, she basically) threw gal pal Whitney –- the girl who GOT her the job interview -– under the bus for having a Plain-Jane fashion eye. It wouldn't be great if Roxy had that type of slip of the tongue with potential buyers.
4. SHE LIKES TO LEAD
Remember when Roxy went behind Kell's back and took creative control of a photo shoot? Well, this is Whitney's clothing line, and Roxy might not take direction well.
+ What do you think? Should Whitney continue working with Roxy on a professional level or should they go back to just being friendsies?
