Last Wednesday, "Jersey Shore"'s Mike 'The Situation' threw out the ceremonial first pitch during a Mets spring training game in Florida. But even with all the weight lifting dude does on a daily basis, his pitch (and form) appeared a little soft. (Apparently, the ball hit the ground before making it to the plate).

Check out Mike's tweet below, where he admits that his pitching technique has seen better days. (That's OK, Sitch, we know your most important game -- scoring with the ladies -- never falls short!)

For five seasons, many of you have been beggin' to see Lil Mama do her thang up on the "ABDC" stage. And last week, y'all finally got your wish. After she magically appeared from behind a door, Mama jumped right into the action and joined the final four crews in their routine. She certainly held her own, even nailing a two-second costume change!

We thought the "Dance Crew" judge ripped up the stage with precision, but how did you feel about our resident mamasita's moves? Chime in with your comments!

This Thursday, the top three crews will all get a chance to perform in the Hip-Hop Nation Challenge, where they'll be asked to incorporate three distinct hip-hop dance moves into their routine. In less than a week, they'll have to perfect the New Orleans Bounce, Baltimore House and Turfin' if they want a shot at making it to the finale. Here are the tracks they'll be groovin' to:

Beyonce "Get Me Bodied" (New Orleans Bounce)
DJ Class "I'm The Ish" (Baltimore House)
Too Short "Blow The Whistle" (Turfin')

All three crews will dance to each of these jams, but in different orders. And after watching the rehearsals this morning, I can tell you for sure that it's gonna be HOT!

Throughout the seasons, the boys of "The Hills" have switched up their looks many times (our personal favorite was Justin Bobby's Season 5 haircut) -- but have Justin, Spencer or Brody made any big transformations on the inside? Take a look back at where these lads started and tell us whether or not you think they've evolved from G's to Gents.

JUSTIN
How He's Grown: Justin began his tenure on "The Hills" as a nonchalant, cliché-spitting semi-jerk that broke Audrina’s heart and (repeatedly) sweet-talked his way back in. Yet when his eyes locked on Kristin's during Season 5, his lackadaisical 'tude took a back (motorcycle) seat: He cooked her dinner and drove all the way to Vegas in the middle of the night to see her!
Memorable Quote: "I'd never be able to say anything was better than Audrina Patridge, ever in my life." --Justin to Audrina after they stopped seeing each other.
Watch Justin In Action:

SPENCER
How He's Grown: Spencer may have played the sharp-tongued villain from the get-go, but with Heidi he became the Caesar of cheesy one-liners. Despite this emotional unveiling, Spence's poor decision making (see: inappropriately flirting with other girls behind Heidi's back) remained perfectly in tact throughout time.
Memorable Quote: "I feel like I'm in a nightmare." --Spencer, when prompted to share how he was feeling with a relationship therapist.
Watch Spencer In Action:

BRODY
How He's Grown: When he started off dating Lauren, Brody was a total charmer that complimented her to no end. Once that relationship fizzled, he sorta lost his chivalrous nature and moved onto doomed relationships with feisty Jayde Audrina and (maybe?) Kristin.
Memorable Quote: "I will go jump off a building if I have to argue with you one more time." --Brody, moments before he decided to get back together with Jayde. Again.
Watch Brody In Action:

+ So you tell us. They're older and have more life experience under their belt, but can we really call them "men" yet?  Take the poll!

A fresh batch of naive hopefuls are about to head to Whistler for "The Challenge: Fresh Meat II," but do they know who they're up against? Here, six (out of 12) bios the newbies should brush up on before going to battle.

Kenny
What He Brings: A quick wit and fast tongue (both in the figurative and literal sense). Kenny's made a lot of enemies in the past but somehow always manages on stay on top.

Landon
What He Brings: An insatiable desire to win! Landon took home the gold in nearly every challenge during the "Duel 2" (even while battling a secret crush on teammate Brittini!). After missing the boat on the prize money last season, we hope he's learned that brains matter just as much as brawn.

Sarah
What She Brings: This tatted tadpole got a taste of almost-victory during her freshman performance on "The Ruins," so she's hungry for the win this time. Note: She's totally in love with Kenny (no matter how many times she says that she's sick and tired of him).

Paula
What She Brings: Paula always manages to weasel her way into the middle of some drama, and there never seems to be a happy ending. But one thing's for sure: She really knows how to strategize with the strong players (even if they ditch her in the clutch).

Wes
What He Brings: Vengeance like you've never seen. Everyone was confused to see this Challenge villain willingly show up for last season's "The Ruins." And after cementing his role as the dirty game player, Wes is back again (presumably to un-forgive Kenny for sexing up his ex-girl).

Darrell
What He Brings: D totally screwed the pooch on "The Ruins" by engaging in an alcohol-induced (and pointless) fight with Brad. The last we heard, he was embarrassed about opting for fight night instead of cash money ... so hopefully he's coming back with a more serious game face.

On last week's episode of "Taking The Stage," Tyler secured a potentially life-changing role in "Stomp The Yard 2" -- but his happiness was spoiled by Emily Silber's self-interested feedback. By the end of the episode, it looked like their relationship was headed toward the highway.

Check out the sneak peek of Thursday's episode, where Ty calls his girlfriend with some great news: He's been offered a bigger part in the movie! Unfortunately, the opportunity is bittersweet, as it also means he'll miss SCPA's performance of "Fame." And instead of lending her ear or offering valuable guidance, Emily acts pretty blasé.

Our newly athletic "Hills" star took a break from her fitness-heavy lifestyle to attend gossip queen Perez Hilton's CARN-EVIL Theatrical Freak & Funk 32nd birthday party on Saturday. (Wow, that was a mouthful.)

Audrina showed up to the funkdafied fiesta lookin' extra sexy in a mini dress with eye-popping cutouts at the bust and thigh. And according to photos on Zimbio, she's a repeat offender! 'Drina rocked the same white garb two nights prior while filming scenes at Hollywood hot spot Voyeur (tsk, tsk!).

+ What do you think? Was the dress special enough to warrant a double dip, or should celebs never wear the same thing twice (in the same week!)?

You may have noticed an "ABDC" post removed from our site yesterday. Well, you weren't seeing things. We (more like me, ABDC Insider) relayed the wrong information about how votes will be counted this upcoming week. I wrote that whichever crew gathered the most votes all season would be saved, and that is not the case. This Thursday's episode will work similar to previous episodes, where the crew who received the most votes from last week's show will be saved, leaving the other two crews in the bottom.

We want to stress that this was always how voting was going to be handled this episode and that the posting of incorrect information was an honest mistake. Hopefully, this news comes as a breath of fresh air to those of you who were understandably put off by the sudden change in rules.

Thanks for your comments and concern about the previous post.

It's safe to say that our country's fake 'n' bake community is up in arms over the FDA's proposed restrictions: The administration is hoping to deter (well really, ban) minors from accessing cancer-causing tanning beds altogether.

But that's not all. The recent health care bill will enforce another restriction on golden glowers: a 10 percent tax for all tanning services (this doesn't include spray tans). The health care law goes into effect July 1, and no one in the bronzing biz is smiling. Maybe that's why Pauly D decided to auction off his tanning bed?

What do you think about the new law? Should tanning enthusiasts bear the brunt of the $940 billion health care renovation? (The initiative is expected to generate $2.7 billion over 10 years!) Give us your take on it.
