We assume it's not Ronnie because he’s fist-pumping under the sun at the Winter Music Conference in Miami.

Snooki got her hands on a few vials of spray tan and was randomly shellacking sun-deprived New Yorkers while Vinny threatened to hide JWOWW's boob stickers, which we really hope are accessories for her chest-revealing tops.
