It's hard to believe that Real World has been on the air since 1992. That's almost two decades of sick pads, scandalous hookups and foul-mouthed cast members! Key Casties: Trishelle and Steven
Drama-Filled Moment: When the cast members moved into the luxe suite at Las Vegas Palms Casino and Resort, everyone knew it was going to be chock-full of hookups. The show also had a bit of heartbreak, too: Just when Frank thought he found the girl of his dreams, Trishelle and Steven basically made out in Frank's lap. Watch the episode:

Drama-Filled Moment: While Mike, Melissa and a local waitress were having a threesome in the shower, Queen B Flora totally tried to climb through the window and eavesdrop. She completely failed and broke through the glass instead!

Drama-Filled Moment: As soon as bisexual Ruthie moved into the beautiful beachfront house, everyone knew she was a serious party girl (she went skinny-dipping with Teck on her first day!). Drama-Filled Moment: Pedro endured many personal struggles throughout the taping, but he sure knew how to hold his own when it came to Soap Box King Puck. Tensions grew high throughout the course of the season, but during a playful game night, the two really went at it. Watch the episode:

Drama-Filled Moment: Once Irene made the decision to leave the house for personal reasons, she called Stephen a "homosexual." He responded by calling her a "bitch" and chucking her stuffed animal into the water. And he didn't finish there: Stephen then ran after Irene's ride, opened the door and slapped her in the face!
Runner-up Moment: David started a secret relationship with show producer Kira, leading her to quit when her job became jeopardized.
