How much can a person learn about themselves in three months? That's all the time the "Real World: D.C." casties had to meet, greet and cheat -- and most of them say they've come a loooong way since the start of the season (see video).

Do you remember the first episode, when eight (they only left with seven!) wide-eyed kids walked into the Oval(ish) Office? Let your mind rewind to when Andrew (the 21-year-old not-virgin) first slipped on his panda hat, or to when Ashley got into a heated religion debate with Ty -- then take the poll and sound off about who you think made the biggest change! Plus, hear Ty, Ashley, Josh and Callie reflect on the ways the "Real World" experience helped them grow:

Tonight the "Real World: D.C." house took its final bow, but not before the housemates accomplished a few more things: Andrew opened up to the idea of Andrea moving to Colorado, Callie produced a profitable flicka show and Mike knocked a few politicians' argyle socks off with his well-articulated push for equality.

It was also an episode about one-upping your roommates. (Panda may have walked inside the White House, but Mike attended the HRC National Dinner ... where his hero, President Obama, spoke!).

Unfortunately, Mike had to face some haters as well. While at the Equality March, he was confronted with an anti-gay demonstrator -- the very antithesis of what he stands for. Irritated by it, Mike responded antagonistically, but his dad persuaded him to go back and give the activist a chance to plead his case. While neither party abandoned ship, it was commendable to see him handle himself with such composure.

+ Mike’s been tested quite a few times in D.C., and he always seems to stand firm on his beliefs. Do you think he has a future in politics? Take the poll, then check out our "D.C. on the DL" exclusive, where the roommates talk about Mike's potential.

Last week, Whitney Port's pal/"The City" star Samantha Swetra came out to support Haiti at the I Want Now fashion event at club Tenjune in New York. She posed for the cameras with Whit's ex-whatevs, Freddie Fackelmayer, showing off her chic and (sexy!) fashion sense. Sami wore black cropped harem pants, a black bustier-inspired top with gold embellishments and black pumps. (Ex-co-star Erin Lucas sported some similar trousers last week -- wonder if she's been getting fashion tips from the Bergdorf buyer?)

+ Are you surprised to see the normally reserved "City" star looking so seductive? Tell us what you think of Sami's ensemble in the comments!

For the three remaining crews, the finish line is now in the crosshairs. They've all said that the past two months have been the most grueling time of their lives, but earning the title of 'America's Best Dance Crew' would be worth it all. Check 'em out backstage during rehearsals earlier this week.

By now you should have lots of info (cast pics, video, etc.) to prepare for the April 7 premiere of "The Challenge: Fresh Meat II." But you can't really enjoy what's in front of you unless you can look back at how you got there, right? For all of the "Real World/Road Rules: Challenge" die-hard fans (and even some of you newcomers), here's our list -- which is always subject to change -- of the five most memorable (that means best AND worst) challengers of all time.

BETH
Team Worst
A notorious veteran hailing all the way back from "Real World: Los Angeles," Beth’s competed in so many challenges that we've completely lost track (it may or may not be seven). One thing's for sure: Most people couldn't stand her!
Most Memorable Moment: When she matched up with Coral in the "Gauntlet III" for a good ol' Ball Brawl. (Runner-up Moment: When Tonya tossed all of Beth's clothes into the pool during "Inferno II.")

CORAL
Team Best
Most of the challengers would say they’ve been on Coral’s bad super scary evil side at some point, but this F-bomb dropping in-your-face warrior knows how to make alliances with the big guys to stay on top.
Most Memorable Moment: Her ego was totally deflated when a game-changing spider bite stopped her from finishing the "Gauntlet" final challenge.

JOHNNY BANANAS
Team Worst
He might be a big man on campus, but pretty much everyone has -- at some point -- cursed this man to no end for his inability to be, well, nice.
Most Memorable Moment: He spent almost the entirety of "The Island" exploring every expletive in the book and attacking sensitive, visor-sporting Evelyn, only to hold her hand at the end to take home the prize money.

RACHEL
Team Best
She’s always been the all-around badass MVP that kicked major booty during the challenges and made smart alliance-related decisions.
Most Memorable Moment: Rachel got down and dirty with best pal Jenn on "The Island," giving new meaning to the term "friends with benefits." Plus, she totally strung Aneesa along afterward!

COHUTTA
Team Best
This Southern charmer got his heart broken by KellyAnne but always managed to be in her corner when she needed it.
Memorable Moment: After losing to Darrell on "The Ruins," the shy guy shocked everyone when he waltzed up to Susie and laid a big fat kiss on her. Suze was totally smitten.

+ Do you agree with our ratings? Let us know who your favorite (and least favorite) challengers of all time are!

If you were at the "ABDC" taping last night, then you felt the tension in the air as the crews waited to hear if they were safe. Everything was on the line, especially because this was the last chance the top two had to prove they should win "America's Best Dance Crew." Here are some highlights from the taping:

- Someone grabs the mic and brings the house down at night's end!
- Two amazing Last Chance performances.
- Peeps from Supreme Soul, We Are Heroes and Beat Ya Feet Kings make an appearance.
- One crew calls out another mid-dance!
- JC expresses disappointment over one dancer "getting lost" in their performance. (Bad timing!)

OK, as usual, make sure to tune in tomorrow night at 10/9c to decipher all the clues!

We knew that this was going to be the last season of "The Hills," but it didn't completely resonate until we peeped the jaw-dropping trailer (if you haven't seen it yet, stop what you're doing and watch -- you'll get chills).

Since Season 5 wrapped, we've (sorta) sat on our hands, unwilling to touch a lot of the major castie gossip, so we're that much more pumped for Season 6 to kick off and spill the real unfiltered Speidi/Kristin/who-knows-what-else juice!

Wondering how the cast is coping with the announcement of their show's end? Check out the video below, where Kristin and her co-stars see the trailer for first time, then listen to them talk to MTV News about graduating from "The Hills."

On tonight's episode of "16 and Pregnant," we met Nicole and Tyler, two young people very much in love but ill-prepared to become parents. However, with all they were up against, by the end of the show Tyler had secured a steady job (and quit smoking!), and Nicole had really started to get the hang of motherhood. Check out the new mom's update below to see how life is progressing for the teen couple and their baby, Brooklyn.

I've had to grow up much more quickly because of Brooklyn. I don't regret having her, but I regret having to do this at such a young age. Luckily, I have Tyler and our families to support us.

Tyler is the most supportive boyfriend I could ask for. He always helps me take care of the baby -- I don't even have to ask. He wakes up throughout the night and feeds her, changes her and makes her laugh. I think the best thing for Brooklyn is a dad who supports her and loves her and is there for her no matter what. It's also great that she gets to see what a good relationship we have.

Newbie parents on "16 and Pregnant" are frequently criticized for being immature, inexperienced and simply too young to raise a child. (Some might say they're still children themselves.)

In past episodes, we've watched many ill-equipped fathers fail flagrantly, but on tonight's show, we saw 16-year-old Tyler prove he was not only able to get his act together (he got a job, enrolled in school and quit smoking) but do it in a tight turnaround!

+ Is age really nothing but a number like Aaliyah said? Tyler's certainly acting as if! Take the poll and tell us your opinion.

A baby can never receive too much love, but there can definitely be too many cooks in the kitchen moms in the nursery! Tonight’s episode of “16 and Pregnant” told the story of Nicole and Tyler, two young parents who shuffled their newborn Brooklyn between grandmother/great-grandmothers on a rolling basis. As a result, there was always a plethora of parents available to offer opinions on everything from changing diapers to career aspirations -- which sounds like a good thing, yet the grandparents were also quick to point out that Brooklyn needed stability.

+ Was it a bad idea for Nicole and Tyler to have taken their daughter to so many different homes, or is there nothing wrong with house-hopping (especially when you need the extra support)? Take the poll!
