Earlier in the week, we showed you the wide array of over-the-top dresses Liz had to choose from for prom night with Bryson Sully. Overexposed skin and sequins weren't exactly her style, and to be honest, we also tend to appreciate a more reserved (i.e. less naked/glittery) look. So that's why we put together our picks for best and worst dresses in the history of teen TV shows -- because we'd hate for you to end up at your own big night feeling like this.
THE WORST OF THE WORST
Brooke Davis' silky red number on One Tree Hill's "Prom Night At Hater High" episode included an element of surprise -- and smut -- under black light.
If 90210's Silver's dress were white, we'd definitely mistake her for a way-too-young bride (or out-of-place Cinderella) rather than the saucy, daring chick she really is. Life's not a fairytale, ladies. Dress accordingly.
In Smallville's "Spirit" episode, Lois swapped in a bustier and skirt for the traditional one-piece attire -- and we kind of really hate it. A lot. Especially since it's got a million rhinestones. And because Lois isn't supposed to be a washed up local pageant winner.
After the jump, check out our votes for best-dressed.

Don't ever doubt the dedication Blueprint Cru's Derek Rice is puttin' into winning ABDC this season. He just mowed down his sweet hair in order to become Omarion for his crew's latest challenge. Check out the video and watch him get his head shaved for Thursday night's performance!

Last night's taping was a knockout -- literally -- as one of the world's premiere and most dangerous boxers, Manny Pacquiao, visited the ABDC stage. Invited by host and friend, Mario Lopez, the place roared with excitement when the 50-3-2 fighter took to the stage.
Here are some highlights to look forward to seeing tomorrow night:
- JC tells one crew that their costumes are "too much" for him!
- Another crew unleashes their inner 'wolf' to the crowd's delight.
- Girl-on-girl action goes down -- need I say more?
- One eclectic crew goes 'shopping' on stage.
Make sure to watch America's Best Dance Crew tomorrow night at 10/9p to decipher the clues!

Some of the Jersey Shore cast flew to La La Land today for promotional interviews (and probably a bit of partying). We weren't sure what was on the itinerary, so we followed their Twitter pages to try and piece it all together. From what we gather, Vinny joined the military, JWOWW spiked her hair a fever and Snooki ditched her juicehead boyfriend for Mario Lopez. Admittedly, we're just an eensy-weensy bit jealous about that last one.
+According to more of their Tweets, they're going to be on Lopez Tonight all next week. Make sure to watch and tell us what you think of their appearances!

It's been a tough week for Royal Flush's Cordaral Harper a.k.a C-Rock. Even though his crew stayed out of the bottom last week, his personal life was hit hard with tragic news of the loss of a friend.
Complete details haven't surfaced yet, but C-Rock's close buddy in Marietta, Georgia, was allegedly murdered by a relative for unknown reasons. "This was a dude with good grades, star football player ... he was going somewhere, ya know?" he told us. "We're going to dedicate this performance to him and his family so they know that we're here supporting them during their time of need."
C-Rock said he's dealing with his friend's sudden death, and that while he's starting to feel somewhat better, there's still a long road to recovery for everyone involved.

Last week Liz and Sully decided to go to prom together (as friends, of course), and even though Sull was her runner-up choice, we're anxious to see how the night plays out. Will he FINALLY put the moves on her?
Check out this sneak peek of Monday's episode, where the friend-couple heads to prom and discovers that slow dancing is an invitation for clumsy touching. Do you think Sully will use this experience to hit on Liz, or will Bryson get jealous and decide to confess his feelings? Watch the vid and tell us what you think (or hope) will happen!

Last week we looked on as The Buried Life boys worked every connection they had in hopes of playing hoops with President Obama. And while they weren't able to lock in a pickup game, the foursome kept on bus truckin', still determined to achieve their goals.
By now, you've probably peeped the lifers' to-do list, so are you wondering what Jonnie, Dave, Ben and Duncan are gonna try and check off next? Watch the sneak peek below of Monday's all-new episode, where the guys go for 'No. 18: 'Tell a joke on late night TV.'
+ Will (illegally) hanging shoddy signage above Conan O'Brien's traffic route nab his attention? Tell us if you think they'll get a shot at crackin' a funny for our favorite ousted host.

The Hills' star Lo Bosworth was nowhere near her stomping ground yesterday. In fact, she and super hot boyfriend Scott Hochstadt swung around the golf clubs at Oakley's "Learn To Ride" in Scottsdale, Arizona. The 18 hole-newbie swapped her usual feminine 'fits for a cute pair of sneaks and golf skirt (wonder if her pro athlete bf is an influence?). Judging by the size of her smile, she must have enjoyed herself (we know we sure would -- well, if we were playing golf with Scott, that is).
Check out her tweet below, where she admits to being a first timer on the course.

In this week's sneak peek, we got a quick glimpse into the life of 16 and Pregnant’s new mom, Nikkole. And while we didn't get the backstory, it was clear that boyfriend Josh was bad news. On tonight's episode, we took a closer look at their troubled relationship.
After a series of breakup-to-makeups, the two reunited (despite everyone's disapproval) -- but their bliss didn't last long, as the couple quickly resorted back to arguing. He even stood her up after homecoming!
Some questions still remained after the episode ended: Why did Nikkole keep getting back together with Josh? Should she keep trying to make it work with him? Take the poll and chime in with your opinion, then check out this exclusive video from the 16 and Pregnant After Show where Nikkole sat down with MTV's SuChin Pak for a tearful confession about what unreciprocated love feels like and why she no longer says she needs Josh.

Nikkole's mom Rikki and boyfriend Josh fought nonstop on tonight’s episode of 16 and Pregnant -- even throughout Nikkole's labor! But despite her anger, Rikki said she would stand by her daughter no matter what, and that she was committed to supporting Nikki as she explores young motherhood.
What did you think about Rikki and Josh's arguing? During the forced-reconciliation meal at La Fiesta, the two kept taking jabs at each other ("I'm number one!") -- should Nikkole have stepped in and taken charge? Take the poll and sound off on the subject.
