Most young teenagers have a hard time expressing themselves, especially when it comes to dealing with the feelings of loss and rejection. But it looks like 16 and Pregnant's newest mom Valerie might have a handle on her emotions, despite her sadness.
Check out the sneak peek below, where Valerie has a discouraging phone call with her baby's father, Matt. It's hard to watch the distraught young mom, but at the same time, it's nice to see that she's able to articulate her feelings instead of resorting to nasty expletives.
