Kristin Cavallari looked pretty laid back yesterday morning (i.e. black leggings, a plain gray tee and a comfy shearling-lined coat), but by lunchtime, she'd already ditched the sneaks, graduated to a sleek, boutique-worthy getup and treated herself to a little late afternoon shoe-shopping!
