As y'all witnessed on Tuesday night's Teen Mom premiere, the trials that come with having a baby don't end with giving birth. Many young mothers -- like Maci -- struggle with having a partner who isn't fully committed to the child-rearing process. But luckily, Maci's getting plenty of love and support from her family and friends who often help out by watching Bentley when she wants a night off duty, or simply needs a power nap.
