You're going to want to remember the name Jen Rade. Not only is she one of the senior stylists in MTV's new series, Styl'D, but she's also got that scary (yet super-duper awesome) boss lady vibe reminiscent of The City's beloved Kelly Cutrone. And there's nothing we like seeing better than a well-dressed, take-no-BS woman in charge. (P.S. This one wears color!)

Before Styl'd premieres on Sunday (10pm), get to know a little more about Ms. Rade in the video below, plus click here to meet the other senior stylists on the show!

Ever since her days in the intern closet at Teen Vogue, Whitney Port's been known for having impeccable style. But girlfriend really kicked it into high gear on tonight's episode of The City with some come-hither fashions that perfectly complemented her model-esque frame. (Er, think that's why Freddie looked so flushed in every scene?) Check out our fave ensembles from the latest show, then take the poll and tell us which one you think is the hottest!

Exhibit A: Fancy Dinner Date With The New Guy (And His Dad?!)

Exhibit B: On-The-Clock Cocktail Party Where New Guy Was Invited

Exhibit C: 'Closure' With The Ex Who's Back In The Neighborhood

After an (admittedly) bumpy start at Elle, Olivia Palermo's really turned it around these last few weeks, proving that she can shmooze designers, spot a fake Fendi a mile away and -- for the most part -- really get the job done. So what's the prob?

Well, despite her fashion expertise (c'mon, the girl could pass for a Vogue model!), Roxy Olin called 'Liv a total "nightmare" to work with, and we all know Erin Kaplan's not exactly recommending her for Employee of the Month. Plus, while Liv clearly knows how to network, we haven't seen her use that same charm to win over her colleagues -- either here at Elle, or back in her DVF days.

All of this makes us wonder: Does Olivia need a refresher course in office politics? Or are Roxy and Erin equally to blame for that on-the-job friction? Forget putting yourself in Erin's shoes -- we wanna hear what YOU guys would do. Take the poll and let us know!

We felt pretty sympathetic towards Jayde when Brody reamed her out in front of all her friends -- at the surprise party SHE planned/organized/carried out for him. But this week, it wasn't nearly as obvious who was in the wrong.

Could Brody have been a little more understanding about Jayde's feelings towards Kristin? Of course. Was Jayde wrong to show up to the party unannounced and vent (to who were those girls?) about Brody? Absolutely. And while we see both sides of this story (Jayde's worried about Brody's scheming ex, Brody's feeling smothered by his jealous girlfriend), we thought we'd put it to a vote and find out who you think committed the biggest party foul.

+ Think Brody crossed the line by going to the party in spite of Jayde's objections (and allowing himself to get drawn into a fight)? Or was Jayde looking for trouble when she crashed the party -- and started airing the couple's dirty laundry? Take the poll and tell us whose behavior was the most out of line!

When Justin Bobby worshiped at the altar of his ex-girlfriend's feet last week (actual cheesetastic quote: "I would never be able to say anything was better than Audrina Patridge"), nearly 70 percent of you told us Audrina should walk away and never, ever look back. So when 'Drina filled Lo in on what went down, we fully expected her to scream, cry and shove Audrina off towards the nearest "I'm Addicted To The Wrong Men" center. Instead, she practically paved the way for backslide number three (or was that four?) by telling 'Drina that JB obviously still has feelings for her.

So whaddaya think: Did Lo make a mistake by hinting that Justin's sniffing around for a reconciliation? Or was she just restating the obvious -- and pointing 'Drina in the direction her mind was already headed? Take the poll!

We'll be honest: we're not what you could call high-fashion experts. We didn't know what Manolo Blahniks were before Sex and the City, we (still) go out in public in Juicy Couture sweatpants and we think "black tie optional" are the three scariest words in the English language (right behind John & Kate).

But just cause we don't shop designer (at least, not til Paris Hilton hands over her credit cards), doesn't mean we don't know good style when we see it. And with all the red carpet do's and don'ts out there, we thought we'd give a shoutout to three celebs who (almost) always get it right. Take a look at three high-profile gals who aced Style 101, then check out MTV's new show, Styl'D (this Sunday, at 10pm!) to see more famous fashonistas and meet the stylists behind the stars.

Nominee No. 1: Leighton Meester. Stylish but edgy, this fashion-forward Gossip Girl star knows when to go classic glam -- and when to push the envelope/lower her hemline. (Hmm, wonder what Upper East Sider Blair Waldorf would say about that silver micro-mini!?)

Nominee No. 2: Nobody wears leather, lace or floor-length couture like Victoria Beckham. The former Spice Girl has gone from pop star to pop culture icon, and she's look fab every step of the way. No wonder she caught David Beckham's eye (and, more importantly, his hand).

Nominee No. 3: You probably know Rachel Bilson from The O.C., but the real-life Rach is just as adorbs (and not nearly as high-maintenance) as the chic, geek-lovin' Summer Roberts. Bonus: Bilson's also waaay too smart to go through that greasy, I-stopped-showering-after-college phase. Viva la haircare!)

+ Who's got the best all-around style? Take the poll and tell us which of these fab three is always dressed to impress!

+ Wanna get schooled in style? Watch the Styl'D trailer, plus meet the junior assistants and senior stylists at the world-renowned Margaret Maldonado Agency. (You may not know them, but TRUST us -- you've already seen their work!)

Not only was she a wild party girl back in the day, but long before Kelly Cutrone became The City's bitchy boss lady, she was poised to become a pop star (or was it death metal?)! That's right, a contract with Atlantic was signed, sealed and delivered, and an album was even produced. But apparently, Kelly couldn't contain her hunger for total control fashion publicity and ended up becoming the first person in history to walk away from a record deal in order to start a PR company.

While she refers to her departure from the music biz as a "bad decision" in this interview with Alexa Chung, we all know the truth: Kelly Cutrone was born to make interns cry. Check out the video to hear what else she told Alexa about life before Whitney Port showed up at her doorstep.

Watching the Real World/Road Rules Challenges is like eating potato chips — once you start, you can’t stop. And since Wednesdays (at 10pm) always seem so far away, we’ll be sifting through the Challenge Dailies every weekday afternoon to give you your daily dose of The Ruins. You’re welcome.

It may look like Johanna's sitting pretty, but being tight with Kenny and Evan comes with its price. Not only does the Joey have to deal with all the haters who there (who claim she's only here cause of her connections), but she's also had to choose between her mission throwing ex and the rest of her team. Hear why the misunderstood playa says she's got a Thailand-sized target on her back, plus listen up as she defends her rep and explains why she's got skills as well as friends with (occasional) benefits.

When it comes to the alliance, no one's safe. And now, even Johnny Bananas is starting to feel the burn. We know what you're thinking: if he's not running the game, who is? Well, we'll give you one guess (and it starts with Kevan). Watch as JB confronts his teammates about leaving him out of the loop and tries to climb his way back to the inner circle before it's too late. Uh, oh -- guess it really is lonely at the top.

On tonight's episode of Gone Too Far, you met Gary, a heroin addict struggling to get clean with the help of DJ AM. It's now been months since filming, and despite Adam's sudden death having shaken him to the core, Gary's still determined to get his life back on track. We caught up with him last week for an update on his whereabouts and to find out what's up next. Check out the video interview, as well as the personal information he shared with us over the phone...

On seeing himself shoot up: I'll be watching the show with everyone else on Monday night. I'm definitely nervous to see it ... It's easy to watch somebody else who you don't know putting needles in their body, but when it's you on camera, it's a little different.

On how things have been since the show stopped taping: I'm doing good. I'm pretty close to two months sober. I had three-and-a-half months before, but I relapsed when me and my girlfriend broke up. After two weeks [of using], I came back out to California [to get clean again], and I've been here since September.

On deciding to go back to treatment: The minute I got back into using, I was like, "What the hell am I doing this for?" It wasn't so much guilt this time around -- in my head, I was thinking, "I didn't get clean for my girlfriend, so why am I using because I'm upset as a result of me and her breaking up?" And the whole point of Adam being in my life was for me to get clean, so with him passing, it didn't make sense for me to use. He died of a drug overdose -- he wouldn't want me to do the same thing. I was like, "I'm pretty much doing the exact opposite of what he wanted and of what I wanted to do for myself."

On what's next: I'm leaving treatment in a few days and I'll be staying with a sober friend out here. I just don't trust myself in going back to Connecticut. There's nobody I know out here who uses, and I made friends with people at the treatment center who I can go to for support. I'm also pretty familiar with the [AA] meetings [here].

On what he'll need to focus on the most in order to stay clean: It's definitely about keeping busy. I'm also the type of person who needs a lot of people in my life, so it's gonna be dependent on the relationships I have with others. I'm not good by myself -- I need to keep plenty of friends around me and talk to my family. They're happy that I chose to stay out here. It's just not plausible that I'd be able to go home right now and not use. There's too much boredom and not enough clean people.

On DJ AM making the difference in his life: He got me into the right [recovery] place. Anyone who knew Adam knows that he wasn't a bulls**tter, so when he told me he found me a good place, I trusted him. He said it was gonna be good for me, and it was.
