After waiting all summer, we've got only four more days before Whitney Port and Olivia Palermo return to the small screen. And since the girls are heading in different directions this fall, we'll also be welcoming two new "friends" into the City fold: Roxy Olin, the long-lost L.A. pal with the hard-to-read motives, and Erin Kaplan, the Elle PR Director who's determined to make Liv work hard for the money.

Peep these pix of all four City femmes and head to the series website to check out more glam cast photos, watch the new trailer and test your knowledge of the first 13 episodes! And get ready to get your City (back) on: the show returns Tuesday, Sept. 29 at 10:30pm.

While we'd be happy to re-watch any of the stunts from tonight's Nitro Circus, one clip in particular had us glued to our screens. And we are, of course, referring to Street Bike Tommy's emotive ribbon-dance. Not since Richard Simmons have we seen such a heartfelt display of energy, enthusiasm and much too-small athletic wear and we commend Tommy for rising to the occasion. And since once wasn't nearly enough, we're giving you a second chance to admire his unique choreography/electric lime-green Lycra suit. Let the games begin!

Up until now, every fight we've seen on Bully Beatdown has had a clear winner -- and a loser. But tonight, MMA fighter Tony "The Gun" Bonello broke every rule in the ring by delivering a swift kick to Wes' head, and earning himself an automatic DQ. And as if that wasn't weird enough, when The Meat Stick came to (it was scary for a minute there!), he decided he wasn't down with winning on a technicality -- so he handed over all $6,000 to his vic, Chris!

+ Think Bonello deserved to lose the fight over a low blow? And, more importantly, did Wes make the right call by giving away the cash money? Sound off in the comments, plus take our poll and let us know whether this week's bully won fair and square.

Rob might've been joking when he "accidentally" confused his rapping receptionist for the fair-haired she-mannequin, but we can't help but note the resemblances. After all, both girls are sensitive blonde beauties who enjoy wearing purple, smile at Rob's jokes and never, ever talk back.

+ Think we're crazy? Or did Rob go out and purchase a wildly inappropriate sex doll female crash-test dummy who just HAPPENS to look like the hired help? Take the poll and tell us whether Chanel and Tina the Testie are long-lost twinsies.

Rob Dyrdek had to dig deep to top last week's ep (which featured John Mayer, an original "I'm Sorry" song and matching monogram suits), and from what we saw tonight, dude's well on his way. Still in store for this season's Fantasy Factory: elephants, and ligers and Ludacris (oh, my!), not to mention NBA star Carmelo Anthony and the first (televised) Dyrdek family vacation. Take another look at what's coming up on FF and get ready to see Bobby Light in concert -- and Rob's adorkable new style.

AfroBorike and We Are Heroes have been tirelessly rehearsing their final routines, but that doesn't mean the returning crews can't squeeze in a little social time! Check 'em all out, kickin' back at the hotel and goofing around like they never even left...

Ya know how Heidi's always sayin' that she was friends with Audrina before anyone else? Well, she was also frenemies with her first. Think way back to Season Two, when a tiara-wearing Heids hosted a birthday party for herself at ye ole hangout, Le Deux, and 'Drina left the party in tears. That may have been the moment we realized Heidi had a knack for public displays of outrage.

But to be fair, Heidi's not the only Hills gal who's turned a friend's evening into a living hell. Even sweet, innocent LC had her blowups! Check out this notorious clip of Lauren Conrad doling out the now-infamous "you know what you did!" to Heidi, then watch the rest of our friends-to-frenemies video flashbacks!

Oh, it's so on. Jackass alumnus and Viva La Bam star Bam Margera once reigned as king of immature pranks, parental abuse and eccentric house decoration, and while it's been eons since we've seen or heard from the crazy mo fo, the Nitro Circus crew whom he inspired is getting back in touch.

Come tonight at 10pm, the boys will head to the Land of Bam a.k.a. Amish Country, where they'll race dirt bikes through the pro-skateboarder's garden and perform some freestyle motocross on his garage roof. Don't miss the show, and in the meantime, refresh your memory of the NC guest's trouble-making ways by checking out the first season premiere of Viva La Bam!

There were so many juicy moments in the drama-laced Hills trailer that we haven't gotten around to discussing this season's shocking new arrival: Spencer's doofy cowboy hat. Yep, love it or hate it, Heidi's hubby's breaking in a brand-new look this fall. And while Pratt claims he's wearing the Yosemite Sam headgear as a tribute to his father-in-law (a.k.a. Cowboy Bill), his sister Stephanie sez Spence is one horse n' buggy away from joining the Amish.

+ But what do you guys think about Spencer's hat trick: Is it urban cowboy chic? Or country-hipster geek? Take the poll and tell us whether you're down with Dirty Harry!
