Olivia Palermo and Whitney Port didn't always see eye-to-eye at DVF -- but now that Liv's moving on to Elle, she's hoping to leave the workplace drama behind. "For me, the most important thing is to be professional and focus on the magazine," the City star told the NY Daily News. 'Course, that won't necessarily be easy.

As we saw on the City trailer, Olivia's having a little trouble adjusting to her new gig, thanks in large part to a tumultuous relationship with fellow Elle staffer Erin Kaplan.

"In any work environment, you butt heads with some of your co-workers," Palermo conceded, adding "[y]ou'll see the ups and downs of that relationship through the season."

Remember when Stacie The Bartender was the most hated woman on The Hills? Eh, bygones. We sat down with the surprisingly modest brunette during a recent photo shoot for MTV.com, and she only had positive things to say about her current relationship with Spencer and Heidi Pratt. However, her first impressions of the couple were a whole different story. In the video below, find out what Stacie originally thought about Spencer's feisty then-fiance, plus after the jump, the King faces trial...

Last week, the five female stars of The City (plus Elle's resident fashionista Joe Zee) caught up with the NY Post and dished about everything from their fave stores to their secret (purse-related) addictions. Prep for tomorrow's big premiere by getting an overview of all the girls' personal styles, plus flip through these cast pix for more cutting-edge City looks!

Erin Kaplan: She may work at a fashion mag but Erin (Olivia's new coworker at Elle) is so low-maintenance she still gets all her makeup at Duane Reade! "I’m just so basic and boring and always wearing black," she says. "Joe [Zee] has to tell me to wear accessories!"

Roxy Olin: Fresh from L.A., Roxy says she can't wait to show off her winter fashions. "I’m really excited to wear a jacket again," she admits. "I’m a huge fan of animals, but I love fur. I also really love gloves. I’m excited to be in New York and actually need them."

Tomorrow night, the whole world will be watching as Kristin Cavallari moves into Lauren Conrad's old Hills 'hood, but LC says she has zero intention of tuning in for K-Cav's reality return.

"I haven't been following [The Hills] and we don't really talk about it in the apartment, so I don't really think about it," Conrad told E! Online last week at an Alice + Olivia event. And as for Audrina Patridge's new spinoff? Lauren says she'll be passing on that one, too -- but only cuz she makes it a policy not to watch programs starring peeps in her social circle.

"I don't like to watch people I know on TV ... it's weird," added the retired reality star. "Even friends of mine that are actors, I don't like to watch their shows. There's just something weird about it."

And while we're not sure whether that rule applies to LC's actor-slash-boyfriend, Kyle Howard, it apparently won't stop Lauren from keeping tabs on former West Coast bestie, Whitney Port. "I'll watch The City," she promised MTV News crews last Sunday night at VH1 Divas.

Not that anything Challenge-related should shock us by now, but we have to admit that we were a wee bit intrigued to hear that Real World: Austin's Wes had signed on for The Ruins. Why, you ask? Well, the last time we checked (i.e. The Island), Kenny was making passionate monkey love (over and over again) to Wes' ex, Johanna -- and rumor had it that Wes was not very happy with their lack of discretion. Some even said that Wes started dating KellyAnne just to spite Kennyhanna.

We love a juicy rumor as much as the next guy, but getting to the bottom of things is really more of our forte, which is why we flat out asked Wes during the show's prep time in Thailand, "Why the hell are you here?" His first explanation? For love. And the next? Revenge. Check out the videos from our interview with Wes and click here for more pre-game insight from the cast!

By now, fans of the Real World/Road Rules Challenge know that if Evan, Kenny and Johnny show up together for battle, there's some serious physical competition/mental abuse/sexual harassment 'bout to go down. And naturally, all three guys signed on for The Ruins.

During their first few days in Thailand, when all was pretty peaceful in the house, we got to chill with the cast and take the boys aside to ask what viewers can expect this season from their powerhouse of an alliance. We'll let the lippy Canadian go first:

Last week on the Fantasy Factory, we learned Drama dreams of seeing his new Young & Reckless line hit mini-malls everywhere. But while he's eyeing the tasteful side of the food court (i.e. Pacific Sunwear), John Mayer and Rob Dyrdek seemed to think dude's got a date with Hot Topic. Think you know where Y&R will end up in the hierarchy of edgy tween fashions? Whip out your crystal balls and take the poll!

This week Diddy did the judging and chose to send ChristopherJohn packing. And although Starmaker's latest eliminated contestant wishes he could've shown you more of his talent, he's not about to question Diddy's decision-making skills. Check out ChristopherJohn's update below:

It’s not up to me to say whether Diddy made a mistake or not -- he's a business man and his decisions are always made for a reason. Still, I regret not being able to show my full potential. I would have loved to stay on Starmaker longer, but overall, I’m just grateful for the opportunity I was given. I learned so much from the judges, Diddy and the experience itself. I got to perform on stage in front of a live audience, be taught by established people in the industry and best of all, meet and work with other great artists. I love my Starmaker fam!

Since the show, I’ve been on my grind working to take my career to the next level. I’ve got some things lined up, and everything’s been coming together nicely. I couldn’t be more thankful for the experience this show gave me. I’ve been working with talented people, creating music and developing as an artist, as well as connecting with my fans (who’ve been my inspiration). Shout out to all my fans out there, I love you guys!

Music is what I love and what I do. I will never stop pursuing my dream of becoming a star. Watch out for ya boy and see what I’m up to by following me on Twitter, checkin' out my vids on YouTube and listening to me on MySpace.

Diddy's always been a hard man to impress and tonight he showed the Starmaker contestants a little bit of tough love. After watching the final eight perform, he had negative words for almost everyone, calling Omotayo out for his weight, dissing Liz's "old lady" dress and telling former favorites Todd and David B. they still had a long way to go.

+ Think the Bad Boy was a little harsh? Or were his critiques right on the money? Take the poll and tell us whether Diddy was tough, but fair -- or completely out of control.
