Real World: Cancun airs Wednesdays at 10pm, but you don’t have to wait ’til then to check out the raw footage. Every day, we’ll be sifting through the ‘Real World Dailies‘ to make sure you’re getting your fill of the Cancun crew. (Tough job, we know, but hey — someone’s gotta do it!)

Anyone who's been following along this season knows Jasmine's done a couple of things she's not proud of, including following Pat around like an un-fixed puppy dog and downing wine by the gallon in the confessional. So how will she break the news to her parents? Turns out she's doing it in stages. Watch as Jas gently preps her mom for her future embarrassment, and fends off a slew of awkward questions (like "Will I need nerve medication?"). Oh, lighten up, Mom!

The Real World gods must be smiling down on CJ, cause dude's boring-ish football tryouts just HAPPEN to be in the one place crazier than Cancun! Yep, because Spring Break wasn't ridiculous enough, next week's CJ's flying the boys down to Vegas to be his personal cheerleaders! Watch as Derek and Bronne get the invitation of a lifetime while Jonna finds out she's in for an all-girls' weekend. (Hmm, did somebody say foursome??)

It seems like only yesterday that Evan schemed his way into a $100,000 payday on The Duel 2. And now he's back to defend his title on The Ruins -- along with 13 other winners (and a buncha losers!) you may remember from Challenges past.

So who else is signed on for the ultimate RW/RR grudge match? That'd be everyone from old-school vets (like Syrus, Veronica and Tonya) to newbies (like Brianna and Chet) to all-time fan faves (like Brad, Derrick and Kenny).

Check out these brand-new Ruins cast pics to admire the beautiful Thailand scenery see Dunbar's new 'do, peep Shauvon's implants and ogle Wes' new girlfriend (KellyAnne!). And get those DVRs ready -- new episodes of The Ruins are coming atcha Wednesday, September 30th at 10pm!

Ah, the dance craze! From the Mashed Potato to the Twist, the Hammer Dance to the Humpty Dance - dance crazes have always been a big part of pop music. Tomorrow, we'll post the songs and crazes each crew will be tasked with this week, but first we wanted to tip you off to an important ABDC stage change: the human springboard.

Yep, for one week only, the Dance Crew stage will be outfitted with a giant trampoline for all the crews to use as they please! Layla Kayleigh broke the news to the final five squads at the Los Angeles School of Gymnastics, so they could start practicing their high-jumps. And for now, they're flying through the breeze without fear of major injury. As you can see, falling off this trampoline means landing in a swimming pool full of foam blocks! (We're sure Fantasty Factory's Rob Dyrdek would approve.)

Vogue Evolution might've gone through a rough patch in rehearsals this week, but on stage, they were more in sync than ever. Which means they'll have at least one more week to show America their unusual style of underground dance. And while they're not completely ready to write off the judges, they told us they care more about what resonates with peeps at home than what the three-person panel has to say ... We caught up with Leiomy and her crew post-show and found out their new ABDC strategy. Viva la Vogue Revolution!

Shane Sparks challenged all the ABDCrews to go harder this week, and they responded with a veritable Bollywood bonanza! And while a couple of the crews fell short (*cough* Beat Ya Feet Kings), the rest stepped it up big-time, including We Are Heroes, who fought hard to claw their way out of the bottom two. But did they do enough to stay in the game? Pull up a seat at the panel and weigh in on all of this week's routines!

To get in the game, just re-watch the performances below, then click the "Share" button (on the player timeline) to pause the action -- and send your comment out to all your Facebook/Twitter friends. (To read what everyone else has been sayin', just roll over the squares at the bottom of the player.) Clock's ticking, so you'd better busta move!

During last night's ABDC, it was clear that the judges' disparaging remarks from last week left a bad taste in the crews' mouths. The great part is, the dancers boldly answered back, using their moves -- and, in one case, their shirts! -- to prove they're here to win. And all that hard work paid off. After seeing all that attitude and swag on stage, Shane Sparks couldn't help but give props to the same crews he slammed one week earlier!

But now that everyone's steppin' it up, it's anyone's game. With five dope crews left, who do you think is the front-runner? Take another look at this week's performances and tell us who's on top!

White dresses aren't just for weddings and Diddy parties anymore. Over the weekend, Hills star Kristin Cavallari grabbed her fave Egyptian cotton bedsheet loose-fitting maxi dress and hit up Fred Segal's Malibu birthday bash. And with those turquoise jewels (and that toga-style gown), girl could've almost passed for a Grecian goddess -- minus the mischievous nature and love of warfare, of course!

And speaking of the Greeks, you won't have much longer to wait til Kristin's Hills Odyssey begins. K-Cav's first official episode as a Hillzie airs Tuesday, September 29th at 10pm, which means it's only T-minus four weeks til we get to see Kristin go after Audrina's Achilles' heel ...

Is it just us or has Audrina Patridge made a ton of changes in her life recently? In the past few months alone, girl's gotten back together with Corey Bohan, dyed her hair blonde and signed a deal to do her own MTV reality spinoff. And now she's out promoting her new movie, Sorority Row, and talking about life after The Hills! So how does 'Drina feel about leaving the show that made her an overnight star? Three words: sad, but ready.

"It feels like I'm graduating," Audrina told Usmagazine.com last night at a press junket. "I'm taking the next step and growing up and maturing and moving on in my life." And while Sorority Row star's ready to focus on her acting for a while ("I moved to Los Angeles to be an actress!" she reminded reporters), she said The Hills taught her how to act natural on camera -- and not get majorly psyched out by that blinking red light.

"I feel like it’s helped me a lot going to auditions and sitting in front of the camera ... blocking the camera out and just getting into character," she said.

And while Audrina's Hills days are numbered, she will, of course, have her new series, The Audrina Show, to help her practice those on-screen close-ups! But will you guys still be watching? Take our poll and tell us whether you'll be keeping up with Audrina's solo adventures!

Although Rodney, Tamara and Laurie Ann gave the guys some tough love this week, guest judge Nicole Scherzinger had nothing but nice things to say about everyone's performance. But was she really seeing stars last night? Talk of Fame's Albert Lawrence caught up with Nicole after the show and got her official take on last night's Starmaker. Find out what the PCDs' leading lady had to say about talent shows, inner stardom and sounding smart on tv. (Hint: it's all about the slooooow-talk.)
