At long last, we present the nine crews set to compete at the ABDC Season 4 premiere Aug. 9!
You tell us: Did the right guys and gals make the cut? Was anyone robbed? Sound off now!
AFROBORIKE (Las Vegas, NV) – Comprised of fiery Puerto Ricans and Cubans, Afroborike is a hot Salsa crew ready to bring their own brand of raw and sexy Latin dancing to America. These dancers are hungry to experience the “American dream” and long to have the freedom of movement they have seen in American music videos.
ARTISTRY IN MOTION (North Hollywood, CA) – An all-female crew trying to break the stereotype of “bootyshakers,” they are strong-minded women who bring their own contemporary and original style called “contemp-hop.” Proud feminists, this all-girl group knows their energy, force and sex appeal make them more than capable to take on and dominate any all-male crew in their way.
BEAT YA FEET KINGS (Washington, D.C.) – This D.C. crew will take the stage with their very own dance style called “Beatin’ Ya Feet.” Their performances consist of a unique mix of footwork that could make them unstoppable. Although their style is currently only known around the D.C. area, the Kings believe they have created something the rest of the world should see and catch up to. Featured on “It’s Showtime at the Apollo” and an MTV inauguration special, they are slowly making their way into the public eye. Combined with their fresh style, this crew also exudes humility and, when they need it most, a hard energy that could make them champions.
FR3SH (Matawan, NJ) – With a unique blend of jazz and funk, Fr3sh infuses a sense of humor into their choreography and compare themselves to the movie “The Breakfast Club,” priding themselves on being rowdy and rebellious. Their mix of sarcasm, humor, cockiness and raw talent could take them all the way to the top.

As you may have seen on the premiere of 16 and Pregnant, Maci had a tough time getting her boyfriend (now fiance) Ryan to man up when Bentley was first born. And while Maci told Dr. Drew on tonight's Life After Labor finale special that things are much better now, she still has bittersweet memories from the time she and Ryan "hated each other."
Below, check out our exclusive interview with the couple about what got them to the other side of that rocky road.

Dr. Drew called it "the smack heard around the world." But we spoke with Farrah's mom Debra after the Life After Labor taping to get her point of view, and she chalked up her physical outburst during Episode 2 of 16 and Pregnant to a misunderstanding and an isolated incident that most good parents can sympathize with. Hear what else she had to say about that rough and tumble car ride, then sound off in the comments section with your thoughts on Debra's self-defense.

Now raven-haired and head held high, Amber and her loyal fiance Gary graced tonight's Life After Labor finale special with bright smiles but tough truths for Dr. Drew. And when their turn on stage was over, we had a chance to chat with the couple about the biggest parental challenges they see down the road. Topping the list for Gary was getting his cussing in check, but Amber had a worry that extended beyond her control: she doesn't want Leah to end up in the same situation she was at age 16. Give a listen to her heartfelt confession:
PLUS: After the jump, hear from Amber and Gary why they think they've got what it takes to make it as a couple, despite a recent cheating accusation!

You may have a few issues with the way Speidi went about becoming celebs, but it's undeniable that they made it to the Hollywood A-list in record time. Which is why the couple has decided to write a manual of sorts for those who've got the ambition -- and stomach -- to play with the big fish.
"I hope once the Speidi written book 'How to Be Famous!' that comes out this fall people will hate less because we shared the blue print," Spencer Twittered yesterday.
How to Be Famous, slated for a fall release, will offer up tips and tricks for becoming a household/office water cooler name, without so much as an agent or publicist! We happen to know a few reality TV stars itching for Speidi-type fame, so we gotta admit, it's kinda cool of these megastars to pay it forward. Sharing is caring, right?

Despite oodles of negative reviews in the past, self-determined Heidi Pratt keeps plugging away at her pop music career, with a debut album (Unleashed) slated for release on September 23. And to build up to the big day, Usmagazine.com reports that Heids will be performing one of her tracks, "Turn Ya Head," at the 2009 Miss Universe Pageant next month!
We here at Remote Control are wishing Heidi lotsa luck for her August 23 appearance at the telecast, with one tiny recommendation: save the freestyle rapping for another occasion.
