For the past few weeks you've been weighing in on rumors that Laguna Beach's Kristin Cavallari will be replacing Lauren Conrad as the new leading lady on The Hills. And today we've got confirmation from EW.com that the rumblings are TRUE (which should make Spencer Pratt a very happy man!).
So does Kristin already have a strategy for her big return to reality TV? Duh. She told EW, "It’s a TV show. I’m not going into it like, 'I’m going to make great friendships with these people.' It’s work! And drama sells." It certainly does, which is why we're personally looking forward to her inevitable stirring of the pot, which she seems to already be doing quite successfully: "I’m a completely different person than Lauren," she remarked in true frenemy form. "I have a lot more energy. I’m more outgoing." Well, that may be true, but KC's got some big Louboutins to fill, so here's hoping she doesn't rub the most important people (we, the fans!) the wrong way...
You can look forward(?) to catching Kristin's first appearance on the May 31 Hills season finale (already? boo!), followed by 10 more episodes (sure to be jam-packed with some super-duper bitchiness) this fall!
