Check out what Josh thought about tonight's College Life premiere, as well as his fellow cast members, then sound off yourself in the Comments section...
Well, tonight was the big premiere, and let's just say that the texts didn't stop coming during the entire show. About 50 of them total. I think every other word I read was "tool." People were also commenting on the “you are my property" comment I made.
Even though "you are my property" was an extremely sarcastic comment that was taken out of context a little bit, it definitely made for a great one-liner. To defend myself, Andrea and I are very sarcastic with each other, but we also respect each other to the fullest. Ask her if you want.
The first episode was a little slow in my eyes. It could have had a bit more action in it instead of just talking the whole time. It was also slightly too drama-filled from a guy’s point of view, but I think it definitely portrayed a good picture of what was going on in all of our lives.
Kevin’s stuff adds some excitement and comedic relief -- I enjoyed watching his rants and struggles through school. Alex’s part was kind of boring and annoyed me. I’m not into girls who can’t handle themselves. Jordan’s story is pretty common with everyone in the world as they leave for college. Everyone’s parents are concerned as their child goes off to be on their own. It was somewhat touching to see the raw footage of that.
All in all, the show was legit … It just needs to pick up some more action and viewers need to get to know us better. I’m predicting that once the show gets a little further in, and you see us becoming more used to the cameras, it’ll get better. 'Til next week...
