When the crews learned they'd be putting together their own songs for the Last Chance Challenge, Teresa of the Beat Freaks called in a favor from an old friend (and former Disney recording artist) Fannius, a.k.a. Fan 3. Her mission? Come up with an original rap song to get the Beat Freaks pumped up for their big performance. And Fannius wasn't taking her responsibilities lightly:
"They had a bunch of different particular words they wanted to get into a rap, so I came in to do that," Fannius told us at the studio. "I was so honored ... I'm such a huge fan of theirs!"
Mixing friends and business? Sounds like a risky move to us. Guess we'll have to wait til tonight's taping to find out whether this collab is a win-win ...

We already told you Dance Crew's best and brightest did a shoot at Rob Dyrdek's Fantasy Factory -- but we (purposely) didn't tell you what they were filming. Allow the proud ABDC alumni (who'll be representing the five styles of hip hop!) to show you around Rob's oversized fun house, brave the occasionally-padded trampoline and tell you why Season 3's the toughest season yet.

Memo to Lauren Conrad: you don't need a crystal ball to tell you what mysterious forces drove you and Heidi apart. (Hint: His name rhymes with Pencer Spratt!) But if the steamy new Hills trailer is any indication, nobody seems to know what the future holds.
Get a glimpse of the tearful reunions, shocking betrayals and overwhelming sense of uncertainty that defines Season 5, and watch as tentative new friendships form at the expense of painful separations -- and everyone's left to wonder whether some things are better left in the past.

We've seen plenty of ABDC wardrobe changes over the last three seasons -- from masked heroes to glow-in-the-dark overalls to booty shakin' hot pants! And as the top three crews prepare for this season's most important episode, we can't help but wonder how much the clothes into your decision.

Sure, good dancing is ALWAYS in fashion. But as we've seen, wearing the right (or wrong) thing on stage can definitely enhance -- or detract from -- a performance. (Case in point: Dynamic Edition's infamous White Chicks incident.)
+ Think the Fly Khicks have gotten a boost from their sexy/sparkling costumes? Or are the baggy pants-loving Beat Freaks proof that it's not what you wear but how you move? You tell us: When it comes to voting, have you been awarding/deducting any points for style?

How do we sum up last night's After Show in just one (hyphenated) word? Life-changing. Not only did we get to hear Whitney AND Erin sound off about Jay's nausea-inducing run-in with his ex, but we got to see more gratuitous tushy shots from Miami (Thanks, Jessi and Dan!) AND peep exclusive footage from an upcoming City ep (Spoiler: Whit and Jay are totally breaking up! Maybe!).
First up: Whit evaluates her boyfriend's trustworthiness (or lack therof) and admits his accent is totes incomprehensible! Hey, good thing she's "not looking for the man of her dreams" right now ...
Bonus: Hear Erin weigh in on Duncan, Adam face-sucking and the whole Jay sitch -- plus get a sneak peek of Whit/Jay's dramatic maybe-breakup after the jump!

Chicks dig guys who know how to dance. Unfortunately, being a professional dancer doesn't leave much time for making it with the ladies. Watch Dominick (Quest Crew) explain why performing on ABDC keeps him way too busy to reap the female benefits. Fortunately for D-Trix, there's only two weeks left to go ...

Although many of us are hurtin' from the recession, Rob Dyrdek and his Arsenal of Dangerous/Expensive Toys (a.k.a. the Fantasy Factory) look to be completely intact! And in our (insanely jealous) opinion, Rob has more than enough goodies to go around. So ... in the (unlikely) event he decides to part with one of his prized possessions, we call dibs on Timmy the Testie! Take our poll and let us know which Fantasy toy you can't wait to get your grubby little hands on.

After meeting all the G's, we named Blue the man most likely to walk away with first prize, but dude flew under the radar in Episode 2 (all part of his master plan?)! He did pop up from time to time to show us he's got the stuff to go far in this competition...

There's a reason Nitro Circus comes with a "Don't try this at home" warning: the stunts are dangerous, dumb and borderline illegal. They're also funny as hell to watch. And this week's roster of stupid human tricks had us glued to our seats in a this-is-awesome-but-I'm-glad-it's-not-me sorta way. So which stupid stunt was the all-time craziest? Take our poll and let us know!

The three female stars of The City represent three very different (yet equally fabulous!) personal styles. First we have Whitney Port, the Downtown Career Girl who likes to mix her flirty California roots with sophisticated designer fashions. Then we've got Whit's best friend, Erin Lucas, the Downtown Hipster who leans toward a vintage look straight off the racks of a neighborhood boutique. And last but not least is Olivia Palermo, our Uptown Social who's always dressed to the nines in classic silhouettes enhanced with bold accessories.
You tell us: Which of these City gals' styles do you like the best? Take our poll, then continue on for a guide of NYC locations where you can find each of these amazing looks!
