+ Heidi kicks Holly out of Casa de Speidi. Spencer didn't exactly break out the welcome wagon when Holly "Mooch of the Century" Montag came to town. And when he gave Heidi an ultimatum ('either she goes, or I go'), Heidi told her sister it was time to find new digs. Fortunately for Holly, she did -- in Lauren Conrad's guesthouse(!)
+ Audrina tells Lo they'll never be friends. After months of mounting tension, passive-aggressive eyerolls and subtle put-downs, things finally came to a head between Lo and Audrina in the beginning of Season 4. Lo popped by the guesthouse to try and work things out with her then-roomie, and BAM! Out of nowhere, meek, mild-mannered Audrina raised her voice -- and let out weeks of pent-up anger -- by screaming, "WE'LL NEVER BE FRIENDS." Well, not now, you won't.
+ Stephanie goes out with Lauren's ex. Granted, Lauren and Doug dated for two seconds, had zero chemistry and were just-friends by the time Steph accepted Dud Reinhardt's invitation for a semi-romantic dinner. Still, there's a girl code for a reason -- and many of you thought Steph broke it by not consulting LC first. Fortch, LC forgave her -- but only after it was obvious Steph had already learned her lesson.
+ Brent Bolthouse tells Heidi that Spencer sucks. As shocked as we were to see Heidi get pink-slipped, we were even more surprised when her former boss took it upon himself to offer up some constructive criticism on her personal life ("Dude, your boyfriend's a nightmare.") Heidi was later rehired at SBE on a probationary basis, although Spencer's lifetime ban from all Bolthouse events (a.k.a the No-Spencer Rule) is still in effect.
+ Justin Bobby walks out on Audrina. Audrina and Lauren's friendship nearly came to an end over rumors that LC and Justin Bobby did the horizontal polka. (As if!) But so did Audrina's relationship with JB. 'Member when he stormed out of the bar cause he was tired of denying those crazy/fictitious rumors? Who would have guessed then he'd be spitting a ring out of his mouth for 'Drina come finale time?
