You've probably all seen Whitney Port's amazing so-called "Bad Morning America" spill about a zillion times by now -- 'course, that doesn't make the oh-so-cringeworthy footage any less watchable. So what does Whit have to say now about that morning (show) from hell?
"At the time I thought this was just the most embarrassing moment of my life -- come to think of it, it still is!" Whitney (who says she's still trippin' to this day!) writes on her new blog. "But it made me learn to laugh at myself and realize that picking yourself up, both figuratively and literally, is just a part of life."
